“Nicola has been looking after our boys and now girls for over 15 years, in fact from when they took over the cat flap. It was immediately obvious to us that Nicola is a lover of animals. Paul & Nicola have worked incredibly hard to develop their business, website, social media, accreditation and certification, training and charity work as well as raising a family. As a result, the service they provide for local (and further afield) owners of cats and small animals is brilliant - second to none. We consider ourselves very fortunate indeed to be living within reach of Kingstone Pet Boarding, indeed, our holidays are only ever booked around their availability to take in our feline family. That's a top recommendation if ever there was one.”

“Wonderful caring vet practice. The animals come first here, I had my Frenchie Pixie spayed in December, as we had travelled a fair distance James ensured she was done first so we didn’t have to hang around all day. Her recovery was amazing, her scar is very neat and she is now fully healed. Worth the travel and will be bringing the rest of my pups here.”

“Absolutely amazing vets who go above and beyond! My girl Purdy was in for over a week and the love, care and hard work given to her was incredible. They kept my updated at all times, we got to go visit her in a lovely room and was always made welcome by reception staff. I can honestly say they are the best vets around and I am so glad I got to bring Purdy home without them this wouldn’t have been possible.”

“We collected our dog from kennels this morning, after a 12 night stay with Quintessential Quarters. She was happy and healthy and was clearly very well looked after during her stay. It was our first time leaving our dog at a kennel and we were provided with plenty of updates and photos of her having a great time in the play area and on her daily walks, which really put her mind at ease. Cannot recommend them enough. We wouldn't use any other kennel in the future!”

“Highly recommend. We brought our 11 year old Bichon here with a partially torn cruciate ligament - anaesthetic is risky for her so we wanted to avoid surgery. Best choice we made was to bring her to David for hydrotherapy and laser therapy. A week before Christmas, she hurt her leg on a walk and couldn’t put any weight down on it. After 4-5 visits, she’s as good as new. For a dog who hates puddles, she was SO excited to see David and go in the water tank. Thank you!”

We cannot fault their communication, be it when organising a yard visit or when speaking to them about routine treatments, medications or further treatment options they keep us up to date and give clear and precise instructions. “We recently had to take our cat (Harry) into Crewe Vets for Pets as an emergency, from ringing to ask for an appt (which we were able to get within 20 mins of ringing) to seeing the vet we had an amazing experience. The staff at this practice are exemplary in their care for the animals (and animal parents !) Harry was looked after with so much care and love, and thankfully has made a full recovery. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel (principle vet) from administering the right treatment to make Harry well again, to advice and reassurance for us while we had to leave Harry with them, he couldn't do enough for us. The team at this practice are amazing and we are so glad that Harry is in safe hands when he has to visit.”

“Our dogs have been going there a few years now and always look really well when we collect them. They only smell of the kennels because the kennels get cleaned regularly. They always seem happy in pics. Our dobe has issues and is always fine. They both just walk in with the staff. We nearly lost out big lad last year but it was the staff here that noticed he had bloat and rushed him to the emergency vets where they saved him. Can never thank them enough highly recommend”

“Rory and his team are fantastic, they have been to our small animal practice to perform our orthopaedic surgeries. The clients and animals have been extremely happy with the outcomes and the ability for us to offer this service to clients who would previously have to travel to far away referral centres is really useful. Initially we were a little anxious at having a visiting surgeon but there is no need, the team put us at ease with their super friendly but very professional manner and we would whole heartedly recommend Vet SOS!”
