“Our design brief was to give us as much storage as possible and Gary designed a kitchen with an amazing amount of cupboard space. The design was excellent, the kitchen was fitted expertly and the after service was very good. We had initially indicated we would choose one type of flooring and the kickboards were fitted to accommodate that. We changed our minds and had porcelain tiles fitted instead, meaning the kickboards then didnt fit. Once the tiling was finished Gary arranged for the kickboards to be cut to size and replaced and we are delighted with our new kitchen. It was a potentially stressful experience but Gary and the fitters made it as pleasant as possible, doing everything when arranged and with Gary, in particular, dealing with it all with good humour. I'd be happy to recommend this company to anyone!”

“Yes service is good in Starplan in Glenmachan Street.We had a appointment with Cheryl but were transferred to Danielle as she was dealing with the sales.Both ladies very courteous and accommodating.Fitters Derek and Mark did a fine job fitting wardrobes and cleaned as they went along 2 good hardworking guys and came very punctual as said from the night before great team highly recommended.”

“Love this place. Some great items, great prices, friendly staff. Bought 2 chest of drawers, both vintage, amazing quality/condition, for about £40 each! Check the item you purchase through properly, as it is a second hand shop. 1 drawer in 1 of the chests was slightly mouldy, and I suspect this had gone unnoticed as it was only 1 drawer and close to the bottom. I treated it though and it’s good as new!”

“A great shopping experience here. You go in, check stock of item you want (usually in stock), place order, receive item and leave. Hard to come by a pleasant and simple buying experience nowadays. One thing annoys me though is finding my way through the crowds of customers coming from Currys to buy here instead.”

“I called into Newtownabbey just for a look as I needed some living room furniture. I had been told by a friend that they had a clearance sale on. I spoke with Clinton who measured and showed me what items would suit. I left a deposit and returned the next day and collected the furniture. Unfortunately they did not have a TV Unit to match in store so I visited the Boucher Road store to check if they had it. They didn't but Warren checked and said they had the unit in Newtownards and one of the staff would bring it up in his car as he was working in the store the next day. I returned 2 days later and picked it up. The service from Clinton and Warren was above and beyond what I expected. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they kept in contact with me during the whole process. The furniture matches and fits perfectly and I would not hesitate to shop with them in the future. “I would like to share publicly how impressed I am with the service I received from brand max on the boucher Rd. Giving special mention to the manager Jason and Vanessa the sales assistant, who both went above and beyond to help me with my issue. They tried everything to source me a matching pair of shoes I was looking for and called me on multiple occasions to keep me updated on their progress even calling me to let me know that the return time had nearly lapsed and to ensure that I didn't miss the deadline and loose out on my money. I'm not sure of any time in any other store where I have been treated with such attention and kindness. Other retailers should take notice, because for this shop its definitely not a case of if its not on the shelf it's not there. Thanks again and hope to see you soon.”

“I needed a wee baby buggy quickly and I ordered and picked up in store within 30 mins. A lovely polite young gentleman helped me put the buggy together in store as I was juggling a fractious 13 month old. He also discretely fitted the front wheels that I mistakenly thought were spares but turned out to be quite important !!
