“I'm very pleased so far with the service at High Oak Surgery. I recently requested a private letter to use as proof of address, and they were absolutely outstanding in terms of speed—10 out of 10. When my bank pointed out that some details were missing, the surgery promptly revised the letter at no extra cost and provided the updated version the same day. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Booking consultations has been easy, and they've always managed to find appointments that fit around my busy work schedule. On one occasion, when a nurse consultation had to be rescheduled, they contacted me immediately to rebook it. The doctor I saw today was truly attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and arranged the blood tests I had anticipated. Overall, I’m very happy I chose High Oak Surgery as my practice. The experience has been consistently positive.”

“So far my experiences with this practice cannot be faulted. I've attended for personal intimate treatment and felt comfortable throughout and as a first time Mum, I've had to contact several times for advice regarding my baby and always have a call back in a relatively short space of time with or without same day appointments if needed. I appreciate this is possibly a quicker response than a generalised adult call for a bout of illness but to date I only have positive experiences with the practice. Only been in area since August 2023.”

Dr Feghali has been excellent, thoroughly professional & determined in her investigations for me. I cannot thank her enough. Mention must also go to the reception staff.... yes, it can be difficult to get through to the surgery at peak times but once connected, the call-handlers are helpful & in my experience, do their best to "sign-post" me appropriately. “Went to this walk in centre today for the first time. Was having second thoughts about this place as I had read some bad reviews on it. I was surprised to see how negative some people can be. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly & welcoming. I didn’t have to wait too long as you usually have to but maybe because I went in at about 8.45 so it wasn’t very busy. I was seen by a lovely lady who checked me & prescribed what was needed & I was out of there by 9.30. So not a bad experience. I Will definitely go again if I ever needed to.”

“They have all been amazing the drs are great and very helpful and actually listen. I understand the complaints about a receptionist that works there but there is a big workload put on her and i can understand sometimes why she is stressed and short tempered but as a front of house member of staff she needs to learn to hide it and not tutt and make sarcastic facial and hand expressions when people are stood at the reception while she's on the phone. just go and shout it out the back door rather than be rude to clients on the phine and at the desk. Shes helpful but very short with people and not friendly even when you are super polite. This shouldn't detract from the good work the drs and other staff do though. I was reluctant to join this practice when i read all the reviews and because of the location but im so glad i did because they are really getting stuff done for me and i am a very complex case that just made my previous drs have a melt and down and just tell me he just didn't know what to do with me. So give them a try it wj be worth it for the treatment you get”
