“I have been looking for a new nail tech in Birmingham and I came across Penny. She is absolutely amazing and just what I was looking for. She is super friendly and tailors/consults with you about what is best for your nails. She takes really good care of the cuticles and nail care itself before continuing with excellent gel or acrylic ! She is really knowledgeable and will be staying with her for the foreseeable :)”

“Excellent service. Friendly staff who had excellent knowledge of all the products and nothing was too much trouble for them. Delivery was on time and they made sure my delivery was placed somewhere which wouldn't be in the way. “Absolutely love visiting Cafe Ceramica. The staff is so friendly and hospitable, great drinks and amazing range of things to paint. Let's say its better than therapy, having a nice cuppa coffee and natter with a friend,while you're painting. I've made some lovely things for home and gifts over the last few months. Its a pleasure going there for some me time.”

“Well, what can I say other than perfection. My first visit. I was made to feel very welcome. My BLT on seeded bread was lovely. So fresh and so much filling in the sandwich. My Chai Latte was one of the best I've had. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back.”

“We had a wonderful time at Verbena. We arrived at 7pm and a couple of things had sold out/we ordered the last one, so I would just comment on that. Otherwise everything was great - the waitress was incredibly accommodating, the atmosphere was lovely and not too loud, and the final bill was reasonable.”

“I been to the one in tyseley and enjoyed the food their, then they moved their branch to ladypool road. I had the lambo which was chicken steak my meal cost £17.90 as I got the large size and a mocktail. as a nice gesture they give you a dipping tray and nachos to try out the unique sauces to pick for your dishes, I picked the Naga mustard flavour for my steak. The food was really nice, only issue I had was the place was kind of stuffy during the hot days and surprisingly the place seems quiet compared to how it use to be in tyseley so highly recommended to try. The lighting is kind of dark so not sure if that puts people off when walking past. And the large portion doesn't seem large.”

Fitters superb and attention to detail and informative all the way through the process....have now requested them to be involved in a third project following grand work.”

“Found Lily Jones on google as i needed some flowers this morning on the way to work- they were able to make up a Stuuunnniinnngggggg bouquet for me with 15 mins notice , given a budget and a brief of “neutral colours” and iv genuinly never seen such a beautiful bouquet! My colleague was over the moon with them and the team were wowed! The little lady bugs had them all talking …its such a cute signature touch. Would highlyyyyyy recommend and i will definately be using them again!! Thank you so much x”

“I came across this reclamation yard after trying several others which had proven successful in the past. I’m so glad that I came across this particular one and Paul the lovely owner was amazing! They have such a wide variety of products. Ranging from blue/bullnose bricks, lots of bricks from 18th/19th century homes, original fireplaces with all the tiles intact, some stunning chimney tops a long with a lot more. P.s. the nicest dog on site too! It’s 16 miles away from me but I would be more than happy to drive all the way back. Lovely products and great service :)”

A special thank you to the bakery accommodating a late request to be delivered Christmas Eve. Gorgeous interiors and mood lighting, you are taken into a lovely lounge area for a few starters and drinks before commencing to the main restaurant area! Both areas have visibility of the chefs and kitchen/preparation area which is fascinating to watch whilst eating! We did the 10-courses and I highly recommend it! So many beautiful and delicious dishes - I have no idea how they do it! Not a single disappointing dish on the menu! Make sure you come here starving as there’s so much food and portions are generous for fine dining! Beautiful puddings - the chocolates were delicious! I love the fusion of flavours and each dish being a dedicating to different parts of the Middle East and East Asia - just love it! Love this Indian restaurant! Highly recommend to try this place at least once in your life! Shoutout to the waiters Ezequiel and Shakira - they were both brilliant and chatty!”

“Honestly, we stumbled upon a gem of a place last night. If you're ever craving proper, authentic food, you have to try Gurkha 1816. We kept it simple and ordered the Chowmin, Veg Momos, and Machurian. Let me tell you, it was incredible. The taste wasn't just "good," it was the real deal. With the first bite of the momos, I was instantly reminded of the street food stalls back home in Surat. It’s that specific, heartwarming flavour you miss when you're away. Absolutely spot on. And the people working there? So lovely. They weren't just polite; they had this genuine, natural smile for everyone who walked in. You could feel the good vibe in the whole room, everyone around us was just... happy, digging into their food with big smiles. A heads-up: this place is no secret, so you have to book a table. It's worth the two-minute phone call, I promise. I called them and it was quick and easy, no waiting on hold or anything. Seriously, just go. You won't regret it. We're already planning our next visit to try more of the menu”

“All the staff are amazing especially Davis, Sonia, Mimi & several others. Everyone is super pleasant, always go over and above to make you feel comfortable. You never have to wait long for your food or drinks. I’m a regular goer and honestly I love this cafe. It’s very family orientated, whether you go with a bunch of friends, family or by yourself you never feel lonely in there. Everyone is super kind. The coffee is super fresh and really tasty, as for the food don’t even get me started. I have tried many such as the jacket potatoes with salad, the porridge with cinnamon, honey and banana, the kale smoothies from time to time and all the food I have tried is fresh and really nice. They always take pride in providing fresh food which is always presented to such a high standard. The staff are a blessing and in a place where the overall area isn’t the best this place is deffo doing erdington justice. They focus a lot on the community and it is really nice to have something like this in the erdington area.”
