“We didn't realise you had to book on a Sunday to be guaranteed a table. It was a last-minute, belated birthday meal for my grandson. Kate originally dealt with the booking and even went out of her way to call me back. Although they couldn't guarantee that our tables would be together, the following day, Julie, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had tables together. This was especially important as a few of our grandchildren have additional needs, and it would have been extremely difficult if the tables were apart. However, Julie made this happen. All the staff were amazing, making sure the children had coloring activities and high chairs, and giving them lots of attention. Every member of staff was very helpful, pleasant, and honestly couldn't do enough. The food was amazing, and everyone enjoyed it. There was also a very good range of children's meals. We will definitely be back very soon as a family. There aren't many places that offer excellent service and excellent food. Thank you so much to Julie and her fantastic team x”

“Booked in for one night as its really convenient when visiting the NEC. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a very cold day but the bar was warm with a lovely log fire. Our room was super, the bed was comfy and there was a good selection of tea and coffee. We had a super vegetarian breakfast with lots of tea and coffee. Unfortunately we left something in the room at checkout, but Dom the manager arranged to get it back to us at their cost. Brilliant service. Looking forward to another visit.”

“We visited the newly revamped Drum And Monkey as always it didn't disappoint , management has changed , service and food just as good as before. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere , we can highly recommend you give it a try if you have not been before.”

“We come here regularly and we have never been disappointed. The food comes out hot, staff is always at best behaviour and even if you don’t have a reservation they always get you a space. Love their chicken burgers and pretty much everything else from the menu.”

“Recently discovered this place, been a half dozen times and so impressed with it. The service is exceptional and the vibe is best in Solihull. Well priced, good food, great drinks selection with offers for each day of the week. Special mention to Andy, Chloe and Rose for the attention to detail and amazing customer service. You guys are truly amazing. A must visit establishment in Solihull.”

“I went today for 3 breakfast baguettes whilst working in the area. Very friendly staff, clean cafe and the food was stunning. I had a sausage baguette and the baguette was a tiger style bread it was gorgeous. I also ordered an oreo cheesecake and my god it did not disappoint. Currently stuffing my face with it now, it's gorgeous. Next time I'm in the area I'm 100% coming back. One of the best breakfast baguettes I've had.”

“Had our wedding here on 23rd August, the staff were amazing! Especially Sara! The venue looked awesomely setup, the grounds outside were great with so much space for our guests. The staff worked very hard and we were made to feel very welcomed and had all the help in the world. Rooms were nice, clean and in peaceful surroundings. The breakfast is a must!!!! “Dottie's is wonderful. My dog Bella has been going to them since she was a puppy and absolutely loves going. She runs up to Christine's front door and doesn't even look back. She stays with Christine when I go on holidays and I know she is safe and having the best time. Christine has helped turning my little puppy into a wonderful young dog. Who is social and friendly. Loving everyone. The best thing I ever did was going to Dottie's for day care and holiday cover. Thank you so much.”
