“The experience was amazing. The half thigh chicken for my friend was a little extra grilled, i requested if it can be replaced and the manager gave us a replacement within 10 mins. The staff was so cooperative, especially the bald tattooed white guy lol I'd recommend this place.”

“This little Greek restaurant may be difficult to find as it's situated within the food hall on the ground floor of Selfridges. The wife and I had a very enjoyable meal here coupled with friendly and efficient service. Hard to fault. Update: Until today's visit, whilst the food was OK sadly the service was a bit of a shambles. Apparently two staff didn't turn up. However I have never had a problem here before and the manager apologised profusely and made a generous gesture. Things can go wrong and I have to give them credit for how they tried to put it right. We'll be back.”

“Great spot for a quick bite. You can pick dishes from the conyevor belt that are colour coded. There are altnerive things such as rice, noodles, sushi, and a strong range of sauces and flavours. Lots of range even if you have allergens or anything. Staff are so polite and kind! I would definitely recommend this spot if I could only choose one place to eat in the bullring.”

“We went to Birmingham to try iranian food. Had 2 Iranian friends. Food was hot and fresh. People serve you with a smile and fast service and happy to help. Their was also music and songs which gave nice atmosphere to the place . We had a lovely meal.”

“Absolutely love the coffee at LEON on Birmingham New Street — one of the best-tasting coffees I’ve had in the area! Rich, smooth, and full of flavour. Always freshly brewed. “We have hundreds of visits to Nando’s on our belts. On arrival we was greeted by Tom, it was toms first day. What an absolute breath of fresh air he was. He has customer service you can not teach, a down to earth larger than life individual who for his first day asked all the normal questions about allegens and if it was our first visit but also how our day was going, it was going bad up until this point and made me feel welcome and warming. He didn’t stop here a child opposite had pop he didn’t like and Tom managed to observe this issue and asked if he would like to swap glasses which visibly made the child’s experience happy. A table behind us had an issue with heat of the chicken and he was swiftly trying to resolve, doing all this while introducing himself with a handshake to his colleagues that were walking in starting shift. I have never experienced anything as amazing as Tom and if I had a business card I honestly would have tried poach him for my business. What a credit to Nando’s and please hold onto him.”

Despite how busy it was, the service was quick, efficient, and friendly — a smooth experience from start to finish. The food was packed with authentic flavours and everything tasted freshly made. From the noodles to the mains, each dish delivered on taste and presentation. It’s also worth mentioning that the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size you get. Additionally, there were limited options to keep our children entertained, such as a shortage of crayons or pencil colors. “Our recent stay was for a family funeral. Although our mood was low due to the circumstances we were overwhelmed with how good this hotel was. We stay in many hotels around the world due to work and this was fantastic. The room was perfect, the food was exceptional and the service was first class. A huge thank you to Gerry, she made our whole stay so enjoyable. The owners should be proud of her work ethic to go the extra mile with all our questions or requests. We will definitely stay here again in the future when visiting family or working in the area.”

“I am being here every week with my friends. This have a really good environment compared to any other bars or arcades i have been to. The service they provide is soo good. A special mention to zach, jules, Rhys and owen who were really friendly and they are a big reason for us to comeback every week to have a pint and chill with the pool table. The prices are also better as they have student discounts which is so appreciated.”

“After the manager at broad street let us down, the manager at this location gave amazing customer service. Seated all 11 of us quickly by putting tables together even though it was busy. One of the garlic breads was burnt and they changed it straight away. 5 stars from me”

“Absolutely lovely vegan afternoon tea at Marco Pierre White in Birmingham. You never can trust that the vegan option is good and of course I’d expect nothing less than perfection from MPW, but this truly was delicious. The chocolate fudge cake was particularly delicious and was everything you would want from a chocolate cake. The sandwiches featured beetroot, cucumber and hummus, all served on brown bread and tasted great. I had sparkling water and an oat milk latte, and it was all very well presented with exceptional service. Aarieti (Apologies if that’s spelt incorrectly) was super friendly and polite, and I really enjoyed the experience. I didn’t have a window seat but it didn’t matter as the panoramic views were fantastic.”
