“Visited whilst in Birmingham for the Commonwealth Games. They have a lovely terrace which is a must on a sunny day. We sat just inside so had the best of both worlds. “From the moment we walked into Nando’s Birmingham, the service was absolutely flawless. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and was ready to assist immediately. The tables were spotless, and the view added a lovely touch to the dining experience. The food was amazing—flavourful, tender, and cooked to perfection. The sides were just as impressive; we enjoyed the chips, rice, and salad. Clean cutlery and crockery were conveniently set up nearby, along with fully stocked sauces, vinegar, salad dressing, and olive oil, all neat and ready to use. Our meals were served with minimal wait, making the experience even better. We’ll definitely be visiting again!”

“We had a lovely breakfast this morning, Ness was our lovely server. Quick n very friendly service. She was fantastic We came and sat in the dog friendly bar there is also a small garden area which is dog friendly too. Ness came brought stormy the dog a treat over . Our breakfasts were delicious, would definitely come back again. You can get the refillable fizzy pop and choose what you like. Don't forget to put your car registration into the screen as u come in to get your free parking. Lovely clean toilets too”

“The best roast meat and braised meat that I've eaten in UK. Very simple decor, staff may look stern and blunt but actually friendly and accomodated our requests. The soup of the day for £3 (only available on some days) tastes nice and portion size very generous. Highly recommended. Restaurant only takes cash but there is a ATM nearby”

“What a delightful hidden gem. In amongst the high rises and the overpass there’s this insanely tasty burger joint. Simple, Affordable a perfect as a stop in on your way into town or somewhere quiet to chat over food. Well cooked. Well seasoned burgers. Fresh ingredients. I had onion rings on the side and they were substantial but not oppressively large.”

“We popped in to have some food here. The prepayment system is easy to use, and the staff helped us to have a card and top it up. There are different eateries with Korian, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese food. The concept is perfect, the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and we had massive portions. I will definitely visit when I visit Birmingham next time.”

“We came today for a Sunday Roast after a party night. AMAZING! Nice portions, good food quality. Gravy was handmade and the meat was perfectly cooked (I had pork and it was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside) Vinny has been so kind to us, checking if everything was alright and being so fast on any command needed :)”

“Love this pub! It's so different. The art work on the walls is vintage style tattoos and made for interesting viewing. The beer selections were great and the IPA my husband had was top notch. Fresh, crisp and clean. The lines were clearly well maintained. The bar staff were friendly and attentive. The pub clearly attracts a hugely varied clientele. The Vic is defo our go to bar when we are heading to the Alex to grab a bit of culture. What we did have to chuckle about was the a cable of gents enjoying a quiet pint and when we headed into the theatre and the show started it was the band! Which if its good enough for the performers its definitely good enough for us”

“Came to the restaurant for dinner tonight, and all the dishes tasted good. My mother really likes their chili sauce and wants to buy a bottle to take away, at first the waiter said initially said it doesn't for sell to the public, but after paying the bill, the warmhearted manager BOGDAN directly gave us a bottle and no charge for it! Really appreciated for his enthusiastic and generous service!”

“I booked the Sushi Master Class for my daughter’s 14th birthday. Wilma was our teacher and she made the experience 10/10. She was funny, informative and made sure we were all looked after and had a great time. We learned so much, had lots of fun and made some great dishes to eat or take away. Well worth the money, great experience and fantastic gift for friends and family.”

“In our opinion the best Indian takeaway in the area and also the best value for money. Have been regulars for a number of years now and sadly not operating at the moment due to a refurbishment. A helpful guy who answered the phone recommended Spice of Lye which was 'ok' just not the same. Hopefully it will be back open again soon.”

“Had some food from here for the first time last night, only a simple meal some plain fries and Korean fried chicken, we were really impressed with how exceptionally nice the food tasted It was fresh clearly cooked to order piping hot and so flavoursome and tasted amazing. The fries were so crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the centre The chicken huge breast portions oozing with tasty sauce. Very impressive The server was also super polite and friendly which is a pleasant change. Will be back for more !”

“Outstanding customer service I normally wouldn’t start a review like that however it is the headline. They had been an incident so traffic was delayed so my wife rang ahead to say we might be a bit late it was a Friday evening when the heavens have just opened. Monsoon weather in the middle of summer. From the moment we got their you the staff was very pleasant and even delayed the closing so they could accommodate a few of the late comers on another table so if you’re ever in Birmingham I would highly recommend a visit”

“Stayed here for a weekend away, the hotel was lovely, the room was very spacious, we were on the 6th floor and had a great view. The hotel is very central, about 5 mins away from the train station and the buil ring. Only downside was the traffic outside the hotel causes snarl ups at busy times so plan this in if booking an Uber or taxi.”

“Popped over to Harvester Arden oak to have some food with the other half. I have never had bad service here but tonight's was the best by far. We were looked after by Maisey and Lucas. Both very professional, polite and made the experience very comfortable. “Chandani Chowk is one of our favourites. We had dinner there and ordered dal makhani with garlic naan and other starters. The food was rich, comforting, and had a proper homely Punjabi taste. The place has a warm, familiar feel, and being around Punjabi people just makes the experience better. Simple, satisfying food done right.”
