“Cozy and very pleasant place. The advantages include: silence, beautiful surroundings and a nice owner. I prepared breakfast myself, having a fully equipped kitchen and a full fridge. I sincerely recommend this place! Honestly, everything was fine. In case of any problems, I was able to contact the owner via WhatsApp.”

“It was my aunties funeral today and we held the wake at the Oscott. It was a great location, large car park, and a decent modernised venue room. Anna could not do enough for us and the bar staff was all pleasant and friendly. We was offered a great service by all staff at the oscott and I would personally like to thank Anna for being efficient and very engaging with the whole process and build up up to today’s date. My auntie had a lovely send off and and even better wake. I would highly recommend holding your party/wedding/wake ect at this venue. Thanks again all, Kindest regards Lisa”

“A Fantastic Family Stay at Drayton Manor Hotel – With Outstanding Allergy Care! We had the most wonderful stay at Drayton Manor Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough! The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the park. What really stood out to us were the excellent facilities for children; everything is thoughtfully designed to keep little ones entertained and happy. But the true highlight of our stay was the outstanding service at the Brasserie restaurant. As someone with celiac disease, eating out can often feel stressful, but the team at the Brasserie made me feel completely at ease. The manager and our server were both incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and proactive in ensuring my meal was safe. Their care and attention to detail genuinely meant the world to me, and I left the restaurant feeling not only full but truly looked after. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of family-friendly fun and top-tier hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Drayton Manor Hotel – we’ll definitely be back”

“Spot on! Tried the tearoom in my journey to Holyhead. Lovely friendly staff and excellent food. Great value too. I nearly missed the requirement to register my car licence but rectified that in time!!”

“Fantastic pub & hotel! Free parking to the front and rear of the pub. Nice cosy room, went downstairs for tea, partner had the hunters chicken with chips & peas, said it was the best chicken he’d ever had! Only thing I’d ask for on the menu is a vegetarian option but I happily tucked into my halloumi fries and cheesy chips. Nights sleep for us both was good and so was breakfast, greeted by the nice staff with plenty of choice available. Some reviews here mention no staff available at breakfast time but being a relatively small establishment they of course will be busy prepping orders put in first. Partner enjoyed full English and I loved my beans on toast! Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!”

“The course and mini golf are clean and kept well, but the driving range is the best! Drinks and snacks and plenty of interactive options whilst you have a go. Worth a try even if your not a golfer, its just a good bit of fun!”

“Me and my fiancé stayed there last night, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and a desk with tea, coffee, cups, kettle, sugar and sweeteners. The room also have a tv with all the channels so u could enjoy a good movie. The staff were very warm and welcoming and were very willing to have a conversation with us when we went outside to smoke. Overall wonderful hotel definitely worth every penny and we will definitely be staying there again. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in”

“Super helpful staff. We were running late and a phone call to a helpful soul at the Crown got us details sent by email for late check-in. Beds were comfy and breakfast excellent, even catering specially for my daughter who has gluten and dairy allergies. Thank you”

“We popped in for a drink and then returned later for a meal. The food was of a higher quality than you expect for a Wetherspoons- hot and clearly made fresh! What stood out for me was that the bar manager really cared and lead by example here- even when it came to clearing tables. The wind blew some napkins from a plate and instead of leaving it as he was carrying a stack of dishes he put the dishes down to chase the flyaway napkin! Can’t comment on the rooms as we didn’t stay there!”

“Had the most amazing Nikah at Castle Bromwich! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The decor was stunning, and the management was outstanding I couldn’t fault a single thing. They truly listened to what I envisioned and went above and beyond to bring it to life. The attention to detail was incredible, and they exceeded all my expectations. uncle Aftab definitely knows how to keep his customers happy and above all listens and delivers. The gardens were like something out of a fairytale absolutely picture-perfect for photos. Thank you for making such a special day even more unforgettable.”

“We have just left Shanahans after a one night stay. Firstly the ladies who work there are lovely! Marleen(I think was her name wore glasses) checked us in & she was so helpful. We had drinks in the Irish bar downstairs while waiting for the room. On check out Lynne was so lovely asking how our night had been etc. It's not a fancy place & the room was very small but it's ideal for a bed for the night after a night out in Birmingham. I'd definitely stay again just for the fact the ladies working there were down to earth & lovely.”

Made sure she was warm, safe, and had everything she needed. Rooms and hotel are really really excellent. Clean, tidy, and very well appointed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. “This is a great hotel in a really good and convenient location only a short drive from the airport and NEC. Lovely rooms (really comfy beds!) and wonderful staff. Lucy the receptionist was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and tended to our every need. The only negative to point out was the car park which was extremely busy due to an event and what seemed to be a very popular gym.”

“Hi, I don't normally write a review for golf courses, but only fair that I do this time. Reece and Ryan in the golf shop are so very helpful and friendly, they both provide a great service. The course is in immaculate condition, they have changed the layout, which makes it even more interesting to play. As for the golf buggies, they are simply the best, letting you know the distance left to the hole, not seen any other buggies round here that do that.”

“The reception staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. I stayed for a wedding and I needed a pin for my dress and an envelope - they helpfully searched for and provided both. We asked for a late check out at 10am that morning and were granted later check out at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and pleasant but would benefit from air conditioning.”

“I ordered a great mixed grill but must admit I was a little disappointed with no lamb chop or black pudding. It was still a great meal and value for money with the email voucher. The evening front of house staff was very helpful and not overpowering. Decor was a little to shabby chic and could do with abit of tlc.”
