“Visited on 19.11.2025 around 11:30am. The shop was well and neatly stocked. No sign of any assistants initially while l was browsing but Claire came over running (literally) when l called her for help with selection and sizes. This shop didn't have what l needed but Claire was also knowledgeable about other local Shoezones and the kind of stock they currently held in terms of what l was looking for. Always lovely to shop when meeting people like Claire- many thanks!”

The member of staff who I spoke to was friendly and efficient and fetched my order straight away, there was no waiting. Alfie was so helpful, he did my gait analysis, advised on what shoes would help me the most, brought out a variety to try and gave me tonnes of advice on what to look for in deciding on what shoe. Felt like I was in very capable hands and just left with my first pair of running shoes. Really great friendly guys, I couldn't recommend enough.”
