“I went into store to purchase a pair of shoes that I had seen online, the staff were very friendly and approached me to ask if I required any help. I showed them what I was after, however, on the Clark’s website it only showed a wide fit in my size which isn’t what I was after and they did not have my size in stock at store. Fortunately, the kind staff member at the store was able to place an order for me in my size (standard fit) which would be delivered to my home address. This was all done in less than 10 minutes The staff members are very welcoming and helpful here, the store is nice and tidy.”

Usually I would refuse help but I was so lost and Natasha could see this, I explained I had just picked up my online order from Next collect and now needed to find some shoes to match. Natasha asked to see the dress and found the perfect shoes to match and even checked the stock levels of different shoes. This helped me out massively and I was grateful for her help.”
