“Being a Veterinary Nurse, I am extremely protective over my fur babies, and was petrified of leaving them in kennels whilst we went away (my first holiday without my dogs in 7 years) Luckily I found Natalie who welcomed my babies with open arms and treated them as if they were her own. With daily video updates and messages of reassurance, I've never been so relaxed and confident leaving my dogs with someone whilst we went away. I can now actually look forward to my next holiday knowing that with Natalie they are in safe hands. Thanks again!”

“It was the first time I ever had to leave my little whippet at a kennels and they were absolutely perfect for settling him in. There's a lower maximum capacity so for shyer dogs like him it's very quiet and not in the same universe of stressful as the larger ones. He had plenty of space, attention and even made a few friends which is not normal for a nervous puppy like him! Absolutely brilliant, felt very safe leaving him there. Will definitely be bringing him back for future visits!”

“Jo and Stuart have been so welcoming and have accepted our pup into their home as though he was family. Louis gets very excited when he arrives and always comes home a happy boy! I was always nervous about leaving him overnight with anyone else but Jo and Stuart’s safe home and wealth of experience looking after dogs made me feel at ease, and knowing that Louis settled beautifully at night made me feel so relieved. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“Our crazy tree-climbing cocker spaniel has been going to Henley Dog Cabins on the days we're both working for the last 2 years. She absolutely LOVES running around and playing there and it is the only thing that properly wears her out. Grace is trustworthy, flexible with our erratic work schedules and always goes above and beyond to help out. Definitely recommend!”

“We have used Padi dog day care frequently over the last 6 months to look after our rescued Galgo for us during the day or overning when we are working or cannot take her away with us. We have always been very happy with their knowledgeable, friendly and flexible service, and our dog always returns to us in a happy and unstressed state. We would have no hesitation in recommending Padi doggy day care to anyone and look forward to using their service in the future.”

“We stayed Monday to Friday in The Farm House and had a wonderful holiday. Amazing welcome and the cake was delicious. Was nice to arrive and although self catering all of the essentials were there such as milk, tea, coffee, toilet roll etc. My two daughters loved their rooms and the Farm House itself. They also really enjoyed playing Tennis (even though we are all rubbish). Great location for West Midlands Safari Park and also Cadbury World. We also got the train to Birmingham from Kidderminster which was very easy to get to and cheap parking. Overall a great stay and if we are in the area again we would definitely look to come back.”

“Best cattery out there! I live in London but I will always lodge my Bengal with Christine and the pussywillows team. Their cattery is set in a rural part of Birmingham where cats can benefit from the atmosphere. They have separate pens for each cat and also have double pens for those who have two or more cats. Each pen has adequate space and everything your cat needs. They're amazing when it comes to feeding schedules with the cats and also spend time bonding with the cats to keep them at ease. I have been sent regular pictures and videos as well as on the odd occasion been asked to send voice notes that can be played for my cat when he's missing us. I can't ask for a better service, care and communication. I've now housed my cat there twice and without a shadow of doubt I will continue to house my pet here whenever I'm on holiday. For the peace of mind and the way they treat my fur baby the 2 hour journey is worth it. So very grateful for pussywillows and the love and care they have for each feline that stays with them. A cattery with a heart ❤️.”

“Had a really lovely stay. Clean, quiet cottage. Great to be on a working farm - I like the sound of pigs and cows, but it might not suit some people. Hosts were really helpful with everything but also left you to get on with it, which is perfect. WiFi, clear instructions on current covid regulations, etc. All in all, will definitely stay again.”

“Excellent kennels. Mac our dog is always well looked.after and is happy to be there. He runs up the garden and thinks he's on holiday. Ray is one of the most mild-mannered gentleman you could wish to meet and really cares about the dogs. As for the.dogs.making a continual racket it's absolute rubbish, you can't hear them from the gates.vindictive comments certainly not deserves Excellent”

“Really nice campsite. Used it as a stopover for travelling up North. Only a short distance off the M42 junction 3. The campsite staff were absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful and the facilities were spotless. Only a five minute or so walk down to Becketts farm shop. Great produce there with a deli bar and also lovely restaurant onsite. One thing we missed out on unfortunately was the Transport museum which is next door to the campsite and looked really interesting. We'll have to do another trip there as soon as we can.”

“Very clean and well maintained. No frills, comfy beds. Good parking. Breakfast is up there with the best of them. Evening menu is lacking in choice if staying for more than a couple of nights. Definitely will return when working in the area. Great value.”

“Well.stopped here 4 years ago during covid and had a pizza outside under the tent tonight on way to the caravan thought we would try this place again and can not fault the place wife had Chicken chips and salad i ordered fish b chips what a surprise portions were well sized and delicious...... will definitely pop in again well worth the visit”

“Professional and friendly greeting on arrival with the host taking you to your room and offering to carry bags. The whole apartment block was clean and very tastefully decorated. Apartment itself was also clean and well equipped and with the sound deadening windows, you wouldn't even know there was a bustling street right outside the door! If I'm being super critical, the heating system was a little tricky to use and somehow the heating was always on (but we like it warm anyway!). Overall a great place to stay within easy walk of the city centre. Will definitely stay again”

“My husband of many years took me for this experience for the very first time. I was as nervous as hell and really didn't know what to expect or what to do. The staff were really amazing and tried put me at ease. The other clients were so friendly and understanding that this was my first time in a club of this kind. I don't want to go into too much detail expect to say that everything that happened to me was incredible and I loved the attention of the other people there and also seeing my husband enjoying himself. It has changed my life in so many ways for the better!!!”
