“Very clean and well maintained. No frills, comfy beds. Good parking. Breakfast is up there with the best of them. Evening menu is lacking in choice if staying for more than a couple of nights. Definitely will return when working in the area. Great value.”

“Really nice campsite. Used it as a stopover for travelling up North. Only a short distance off the M42 junction 3. The campsite staff were absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful and the facilities were spotless. Only a five minute or so walk down to Becketts farm shop. Great produce there with a deli bar and also lovely restaurant onsite. One thing we missed out on unfortunately was the Transport museum which is next door to the campsite and looked really interesting. We'll have to do another trip there as soon as we can.”

“Well.stopped here 4 years ago during covid and had a pizza outside under the tent tonight on way to the caravan thought we would try this place again and can not fault the place wife had Chicken chips and salad i ordered fish b chips what a surprise portions were well sized and delicious...... will definitely pop in again well worth the visit”

“Our first visit but will definitely visit again. Had a lovely meal with friends; wonderful food, friendly and helpful staff, price of food and drinks not too bad at all. Really enjoyed the food - would highly recommend. Didn’t see the rooms. Want to go back when they have entertainment on.”

“Was a 3 night emergency stay and although it's not the height of luxury, it was well maintained, bed was more than comfy and the host exceptionally polite and friendly. I'd happily go back the if needed to!”

“Superb place for a celebration, ours was a birthday celebration. Views are amazing but a wee bit misty when we visited. Food is fantastic from the scallops and brie starters though the two brilliant steaks to a cheese cake sweet. A superb night. Highly recommended.”

“The reception staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. I stayed for a wedding and I needed a pin for my dress and an envelope - they helpfully searched for and provided both. We asked for a late check out at 10am that morning and were granted later check out at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and pleasant but would benefit from air conditioning.”

“Never knew this place existed. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was inside, staff very friendly. Good size car park and lots of space outside the venue.”

“We have just left Shanahans after a one night stay. Firstly the ladies who work there are lovely! Marleen(I think was her name wore glasses) checked us in & she was so helpful. We had drinks in the Irish bar downstairs while waiting for the room. On check out Lynne was so lovely asking how our night had been etc. It's not a fancy place & the room was very small but it's ideal for a bed for the night after a night out in Birmingham. I'd definitely stay again just for the fact the ladies working there were down to earth & lovely.”

“For all intensive purposes this is just the same as a premier inn. It's inexpensive. An hour to Birmingham on the bus which worked out well both ways and spoons which is 6 doors from hotel so it's good for cheap breakfast. Ide deffo stay here again.”

“I cannot give star rating high enough for this business, we have been delighted with the care of our cats for a good deal of time. The premises is emaculate, welcoming and we are safe in the knowledge that the cats will have first class care, so much so they usually are reluctant to come home. If you want peace of mind for the care of your pet's this is the place for you.”

“Perfect from start to finish. It was an enjoyable 2 nights. The location is great as you are only about 10 minutes' walking from the coach station and 15 minutes to train station. Free car park for guests. I will be definitely back soon.”

“Highly recommend for a night or two. Rooms are small so I wouldn't stay for longer than that. Cooked Breakfast was excellent. Good value rooms. Good location in center of town. Parking 5 mins walk away. I strongly recommend using the what three words address on the email to find parking entrance as its off a dual carriage way so you don't want to miss the turning but what three words took me right to the door”

“Me my mum dad and fiancée came here for lunch. The food was perfect very tasty and good portions for the price all fresh and hot too. Wonderful service as well by the lovely lady called izzy was very polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we where happy with our food and had everything we needed.”

The staff are compassionate and understanding of everyone’s needs and go out of their way to put a smile on your face especially by Micheala and Big Sharon, the domestic girls are also very lovely and do like a laugh and a joke, thank you to all at St Annes”

“A lovely home away from home for your cat. Blue had a lovely time here & when we got him home he was happy as when he left. You could tell he was well looked after. Been to another cattery & he was so stressed when I got him home, he smelt & his bed was super dirty. But no such signs this time round after his 4 day stay here. Would highly recommend & definitely use Hall Farm again. Thank you for taking good care of my Blue.”

“I boarded our 2 small dogs recently first time at Dunton Hall kennels Met by lovely friendly staff on arrival who explained our dogs day while there! We were given a number to text for regular updates which is reassuring On collection the dogs were happy and looked well cared for They ran to us then back to the carer ! They had had a pamper session also and their coats look and feel amazing We are extremely happy with the care and service we received Very friendly staff seem to really love the dogs! We have just booked again Thank you for your care to our beloved dogs!”

“Went here for lunch from finding it on Google maps. It really is a lovely pub & the food was exceptional . They grow , cook & bake most of the food in house . It was so nice to visit a traditional family owned pub & restaurant in the countryside which isnt a chain . The lady who served us was very friendly too. Its also situation beside a small lake & has ample outdoor seating.”

“We paid for wifi it kept dropping out and sometimew no signal at all, shower the extractor fan did not work so steam went into the room made it hot. Service at reception was very friendly and the cleaners.”

“One of the most friendliest bed and breakfast I have stayed at. Clean and tidy room with ensuite shower. I was able to warm up my food in the microwave in the shared kitchen, tea coffee, cereals milk sugar and more was available for use. Very friendly host lent me a charging plug for my phone. Definitely recommend!!!”

“Came for Sunday lunch which was an absolute treat!! We came as a surprise party of 8 adults and 6 children. They got us seated immediately and our food arrived hot and extremely quickly. Kids portions were generous, and the gravy and Yorkshire puddings were DELICIOUS! The new team and chef here have massively changed their game for the better. Just need stronger forks now :) I'll be bringing my family here next time they visit as the value for money cannot be argued with. Thanks for a lovely afternoon, and being so kind and accommodating to our rabble of chaos!”

However throughout the whole process of booking and changes and now cancelation the owners kept in contact and were very understanding of my situation. “We needed somewhere affordable and comfortable to stay whilst attending the spring fair, not only is Haya house that but scrupulously clean and the landlady is fabulous. We arrived after 9 but she was still friendly and polite, I have a nasty cold at the moment so she very kindly made me hot lemon, ginger and honey last night and this morning. I also cannot drink cows milk so this morning at breakfast when I asked for soya she went to the shop immediately to buy some. A lovely lady, a comfortable guest house and will certainly return.”

“Very clean and comfort room. Easy access to local attractions including dudley zoo and castle and the black country living museum both in minutes walking distance. The breakfast was lovely and had a great selection and the staff were very Friendly”
