“Held a corporate away day here and the team could not have been more supportive during the set up phase, very detailed and when I arrived all my requests had been executed as I wished. The overall stay, including the conference room, the bedrooms, all the refreshments and the evenings dinner were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the team loved the venue. Definitely would book again for such an event, and equally, happy to recommend to those staying for leisure too.”

“We took our new rescue dog to Donna for a well needed groom and pamper. He is a very nervous dog around new people and we were a bit worried as to how he would cope in this new situation however we needn’t worry! Donna was absolutely amazing with him! Taking the time to gain his trust before starting any grooming. When we picked him up not only did he look and smell beautiful but it was lovely to see him playing with donnas dog, he was really happy and we’ll never take him anywhere else. I can’t reccomend Donna enough :)”

Brockencote Cattery is a modern and stylish feline boarding facility located in the Kidderminster area. The cattery features clean, contemporary units with plenty of room for play and relaxation. A unique service offered is individual exercise time, where cats can safely roam and observe their surroundings through glass partitions. The management is passionate about feline care, treating every guest with the same affection they would their own pets. Regular email updates and photographs are sent to owners to provide reassurance throughout the boarding period.

“Dean is an amazing, motivated and inspiring dog/dog owner trainer. Perfect balance of treat and structure reward based training. We left each session with a new set of tools to train with. We have seen tremendous progress from one session to another. Excellent value for money. Dean has so much experience to share, he checked in with us in-between sessions and even sent us a couple of instructional videos to recap on. We will not hesitate to use Bathminster Doggy Day board in the future, also.”

“Meredith (a.k.a. Aunty Merry) is just wonderful. Our two dogs are not the easiest between the seizure disorder, dementia, and general craziness but they thrive with her. Had plenty of walks with her previously, and we just got home from the first dog sit for a few nights and they settled with Meredith brilliantly. She didn't even mind their sleeping in with her, which is above and beyond. House barely looks like anyone was here and plants have been well watered and sheets washed. More than we could have asked for. She checks in plenty with videos and updates so you never have to worry about your dogs. Absolutely recommend to everyone, especially if you have dogs with more complex needs and personalities. She loves them just like you do. Thank you ❤️ more sits already booked in!”

“Excellent kennels. Mac our dog is always well looked.after and is happy to be there. He runs up the garden and thinks he's on holiday. Ray is one of the most mild-mannered gentleman you could wish to meet and really cares about the dogs. As for the.dogs.making a continual racket it's absolute rubbish, you can't hear them from the gates.vindictive comments certainly not deserves Excellent”

“Well.stopped here 4 years ago during covid and had a pizza outside under the tent tonight on way to the caravan thought we would try this place again and can not fault the place wife had Chicken chips and salad i ordered fish b chips what a surprise portions were well sized and delicious...... will definitely pop in again well worth the visit”

“Great room, lovely food, friendly staff. Lovely old pub with lots of character. Had our evening meal in front of the real log fire. So cosy. Trudy the landlady was very nice and cooked us an excellent breakfast. The two lads On the bar were great as well s on the bar were great and very efficient”

“Fantastic pub & hotel! Free parking to the front and rear of the pub. Nice cosy room, went downstairs for tea, partner had the hunters chicken with chips & peas, said it was the best chicken he’d ever had! Only thing I’d ask for on the menu is a vegetarian option but I happily tucked into my halloumi fries and cheesy chips. Nights sleep for us both was good and so was breakfast, greeted by the nice staff with plenty of choice available. Some reviews here mention no staff available at breakfast time but being a relatively small establishment they of course will be busy prepping orders put in first. Partner enjoyed full English and I loved my beans on toast! Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!”

“Clean, well stocked, spacious and very well thought out for scooter users. Staff went out of their way to help me with items out of my reach several times and showed no sign of being irritated by having to stop what they were doing to help me . Staff at this location have worked here for years so I think that the manager must be running a nice working environment for them or we would see staff changes as we do at some other stores .”

“Despite my parent’s dog being registered locally with another veterinary practice and me ringing during their opening hours expressing concern that the dog needed to be seen urgently, I was declined an appointment. I was left ringing round and Shepherd’s Vets came to the rescue with an Out of Hours appointment at home to sadly put to sleep their dog. The visiting vet and nurse were compassionate and caring and I can’t thank them enough for their support during what was a difficult and heartbreaking position. The only vets locally to do home visits and I will transferring my cats to their care to ensure I don’t have a repeat experience of being declined an appointment in a pets hour of need!”

“Went on a christmas work do on Friday 28th. Paid just under £60 pp.. absolute bargain. Nice 3 course meal, drink on table plentiful.and free bar. Branded drinks too ...gordons pink Gin.. waitressing staff and bar staff very good and friendly.. had brilliant night. DJ wasnt the best he catered more for the younger audience despite being asked for 70s and motown”
