“My son and I visited the store yesterday. I called ahead of time and discussed why I would be visiting-my son wanted to build his own scooter. Whoever I spoke with then was really helpful and assured me that a trip from south west wales would be worth it. And absolutely it was-just the experience I had hoped for!! We were greeted and served by Jacob who went above and beyond in every way. He was patient and understanding when my almost 10 year old was making decisions. He was able to answer every question and made the whole experience just amazing! Edric was so helpful, knew what needed to be done and offered several options. He spent 20 minutes explaining these options to me and has organised the work to be completed and at the cost of twenty pounds!
