Last year I came home and mum said let's go to Beena's as i needed suits for myself my daughters and my mother inlaw. Honestly I had forgotten how much I loved this store and the clothing. They have so much choice and something for each age group. Since then if I see anything on line I either ask my mum to pick it up or as I did yesterday I purchased on line. The suit I purchased is absolutely stunning and it was sent next day, so I received it this morning and I'm so pleased with it. The girls are so helpful and so on it with every detail ( i forgot about linning) . So thank you, I love shopping with them as its like a bit of home for me.”

They had arrived via post last week and he couldn’t figure out why they weren’t the same fit as had been in the store. Turns out that they were the slim fit ones, and I can tell you that he definitely does not have slim feet. Kelly not only helped him with this year’s model of shoes that fit in perfectly. She also gave us a shoe bag when he mentioned that they were for his wedding, so that the photographer could take some photos. He’s now so much more excited for the wedding knowing that he won’t have sore feet. Big thank you Kelly, he was so happy when he got home. You are the queen of good customer service!”

“We have hundreds of visits to Nando’s on our belts. On arrival we was greeted by Tom, it was toms first day. What an absolute breath of fresh air he was. He has customer service you can not teach, a down to earth larger than life individual who for his first day asked all the normal questions about allegens and if it was our first visit but also how our day was going, it was going bad up until this point and made me feel welcome and warming. He didn’t stop here a child opposite had pop he didn’t like and Tom managed to observe this issue and asked if he would like to swap glasses which visibly made the child’s experience happy. A table behind us had an issue with heat of the chicken and he was swiftly trying to resolve, doing all this while introducing himself with a handshake to his colleagues that were walking in starting shift. I have never experienced anything as amazing as Tom and if I had a business card I honestly would have tried poach him for my business. What a credit to Nando’s and please hold onto him.”
