βHi I would like to point out that the suit had been warn with make up on the suit and tags missing that is the reason for not exchanging the suit and you were the one arguing with me and the staff and being rude I have the whole conversation on cctv. As with any company would not do a return on a an item that has been worn with tags missing and make up on it. This is the reason why we have a no exchange no refund policy. We provide changing rooms for customers to try the suit once they are fully happy then purchase. Also we asked you over 20 times to leave the premises nicely as it was out closing time due to this we closed one shutter and kept telling you why we couldnβt do the exchange or refund and that it had been 7.30 in evening you still persisted to stay at in the shop till 7.55. Next time my advice is try the suit on before purchasing or donβt remove the tag or where the suit as prove off the whole conversation I have on the cctv and after 7.50 and me asking you politely to leave the premises and you saying no I had to say Iβm calling the police to remove you from my premisesβ

βBeen too busy to post a review - apologies! I hope this is a fair and honest review, bit crowded (but Friday night so understandable), slowish on drinks service (it's Friday night again). Fantastically funny and friendly doorman (I'd give him a job in our PR - interested? Β£90,000 plus car). Girls lot of fun - the guys I'd taken (2 lots) on a company acheivement night were a bit reluctant to have a dance because I was paying, overall a great night, cost not important really as it's not every night is it, staff were fine but it's late for them as well and they're having to deal with large numbers of idiots, toilets etc bit dodgy - Friday night again! Girls I did'nt think were pressurising - it's their job what do you expect? I was a sort of regular to London Rhino as my office is nearly next door, sadly it's not open at the moment - Birmingham you're good but not quite at London (or Santa Barbara) standard but yes you earned your 5 starsβ

βI went in for eyebrow threading at a quiet time during the day The place is really big and spacious, organised, clean inside, I didnβt expect that as I was drawn in by the offer on the window from across the road. Paid at the reception and was asked to take a seat. The beautician saw to me and asked me what I wanted done. She did a great job and asked me to take a look as we went along. I was happy and she worked quickly and didnβt hack away at my eyebrow shape. When she finished she asked me if I wanted some soothing gel and pointed me in the direction of it. I found this experience pleasant because it was quick and efficient and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff are really nice and patient. It took me a while to pay as Iβd lost my purse and coins amongst my other bags and thankfully I didnβt get any awkward feelings or looks. Iβd definitely go there again.β

βMe and my fiancΓ© stayed there last night, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and a desk with tea, coffee, cups, kettle, sugar and sweeteners. The room also have a tv with all the channels so u could enjoy a good movie. The staff were very warm and welcoming and were very willing to have a conversation with us when we went outside to smoke. Overall wonderful hotel definitely worth every penny and we will definitely be staying there again. Best hotel Iβve ever stayed inβ
