“My partner Lee Visited next in Kingsgate on Monday to purchase a pair of faux leather leggings (which are fantastic) however he wanted to buy me a top but nothing he assumed I'd like was available in store so the lady who served him (CLAIRE) apparently used her experience and advised him of a top she knew would look perfect (a white lace body by Lipsy which he had to order but arrived the next day) but I want to say thanks to claire as her choice was astounding and I'm absolutely thrilled and thanks for being so professional and understanding in assisting him.”

Went through customer service On Line & within 24 hrs & giving them some information was told to take them back and I would receive a refund or gift card Went to the shop yesterday & all I had to show was the e Mail & was given a gift card with the amount on.
