“They didn't have what I wanted (board shorts mens) however I was shown they have kids and women's swimming wear, no board shorts. As I was leaving, I checked out mens wear downstairs. I found shorts that at a push would be suitable for swimming in as they have a net liner. Not sure if the staff knew their products shorts to swim in”

“I visited Brighton store on Tuesday the 7th and the two girl working day day were fantastic. They made me feel welcome, engaged and the girl who served me at the changing room was so patient and helpful. I took ages trying in different items and sizes and I am very fussy and indecisive client so it takes someone very patient to deal with me. Both girls are very kind and creating a lovely atmosphere. They have no problem running in and out to either shop floor or stock room to check for sizes you require when you are stuck in the changing room. I mostly shop online for Lululemon but I will definitely be visiting Brighton store more often. Thank you so much for excellent service. Coming from retail management background myself ( including fashion ) I do appreciate how I was treated on that day.”

“We would like to give Josh 10 stars for customer service. On Monday afternoon brought 2 pairs of shoes for our wedding (1pair being for my son) and 1 pair had to be delivered. They arrived as promised on Tuesday afternoon. Sadly too big so went back to see Josh at Churchill Square Brighton early Wednesday morning and he not only reordered another pair but reassured us that if they didn't come next day he would find a solution. Pleased to say they arrived first thing this morning (Thursday) and we get married tomorrow (not my son!!!). Thank you Josh for going above and beyond on customer service.... They were very positive and helpful, although I mostly appreciated learning about the meaning behind Finisterre’s operations. It feels good to wear top notch quality clothing that comes with proof of very high standards in its ethical production process; from labour standards to a minimal environmental footprint. Their B-Corp certification says it all. I bought a pair of sunglasses on my recent visit and they are quite honestly the best I have owned, completely made out of recovered plastics from the ocean. Genuinely high quality, genuinely good people and genuinely good for the planet. Highly recommended.”

“Prior experience of the shop haven't been great, but, I was really surprised during my most recent visit. I went in search of football boots. I have big wide feet so actually this is a challenge. Stock levels of size 12s isn't great. I picked three up and none in my size. Store assistants apologized and then looked to see what was in stock. I explained about my side feet and said ok I know what will fit you. Came back with a pair that fitted perfectly. Checked to make sure I was happy and obviously I bought them. Lady at the till was really smiley and very pleasant in serving me. Great experience there. Thank you!”
