“Interesting shop with some lovely quality clothes, hats, shoes, jewellery, in fact just about everything. Lots to look at, so take your time in case you miss something amazing! There are even chocolates here, although they don't have loose ones any longer, but some lovely different boxed varieties. They also have 25% off the Welsh Clogau jewellery. Great shop for nice clothes and quality gifts, including candles, room sprays and body cream which I noticed were all locally made. Just love this shop!”

The assistants were a breath of fresh air, cheerful, knowledgeable, very helpful, stock was good enough for me to find what I needed, had trousers taken up all done in 25 minutes! “Visited this store last week on holiday .It was raining heavily.I had a medical hic up.Had to get to a clean toilet asap.Recently out of a coma I tend to flap should this happen.The staff were outstanding.The young assistant went to the manager Amy.who kindly let me use the staff facilities.In a world of lack of assistance ,in such a case.This branch excelled Being a ex customer service manager myself,I could only be impressed on their kindness and empathy.Five star rating truly deserved.Plus I did also buy things too!”

“Unbelievable experience!! Customer service is outstanding!! I stumbled across a bike I liked online and went to the nearest store to see it in person. I saw a really cheap cannondale and thought as a beginner it would be a decent upgrade to a known brand and well within budget. I then spotted (right next to it) a trek marlin 7 which was in a special offer. I was talking to the assistant and he said it was better but left me to ponder on my own, which I thought was nice. After answering many many questions I decided to buy the trek as it was much more bike for the money. At no point was there “upselling” and they let me go through my motions. I brought the bike and some extras, which they fitted for me and it was ready to collect within 24 hours! Josh, Stan, Connor and Carl at the Brighton branch are fantastic with customers, knowledgeable and never speak down to you or get annoyed with questions. All of them were helpful and explained everything in detail. If you are in the Brighton area and need a bike, do not look any further. I will be going there for all bike related purchases from here on out. Halfords….. who?! Lol”
