“Lovely place to sit down and have a meal. The food portion is spot on. We came for Afghan rice dishes as they are delicious here,”
“Very good coffee, the staff are really nice, and the decor is very warm and cozy.”
“Nice little place to pick up great tasting coffee.”
“We went here for a coffee and a cake while we waited for the car having a mot at Mr MOT which was just a minute or two walk from here. A great place to relax while you stress over the car, or on any other day you feel like a coffee. Friendly staff, the iced latte was really nice and the cakes are a nice temptation. Definitely would recommend it here and will definitely be coming back”
“A great coffee shop! I got a beautiful cappuccino with microfoam, made by medium dark roast coffee beans from the highlands of Rwanda. Extra bonus: the coffee production is a fair trade community project. Very friendly and sweet staff!”
“A lovely cosy vintage tea rooms with an atmosphere to match the breakfast . 2 breakfast cooked just as we asked and the coffee and chai latte were just as good. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend . Cake looked lovely but will have to save that for next time as we were too full.”
“I love coming to the Laughing dog..the original in Brighton and now the Worthing shop. The atmosphere in both is excellent and I like all the eclectic bits to buy. The food is tasty and the coffee is good!”
“The staff were very welcoming, the coffee was very good that I needed another one. The cafe was cozy and had an inviting atmosphere, seating for lounging and a working space aswell, Overall a lovely place to go with FREE parking too”
“Amazing little place we found by chance on google maps. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Good selection of food - but the two soup choices and sandwich selection were hard to look past. All washed down with good coffee and finished with a brownie! And all extremely well priced. Well done!”
“Came here for lunch, had a lovely bbq pulled pork panini and a biscoff milkshake. Was absolutely delicious, will definitely be coming back!”
“Popped in for breakfast. Coffee very good and reasonably priced. Good breakfast, nicely cooked. Service is very good. Will be very happy to go back.”
“Sat in for a spot of brunch tucking into a spinach and ricotta roll with I think the most aesthetically pleasing mocha I’ve seen. Also, the taste matched the presentation. This may be the best coffee in town!”
“Love this place! Nice vibe, super friendly staff and good quality food ingrediens (apparently food came from local suppliers, which you can tell by taste)”
“I stopped in here for a takeaway and it was very cool. Bit of a hidden gem I didn't realise was here. Quite spacious and good to hang out for an hour with a friend or a laptop.”
“The coffee is good quality. No need for sugar or syrups to enjoy their brew. The music is chill the shop has a fantastic atmosphere. It’s not over priced. The toilets are clean and modern. The shop is just all-round excellent”
“It's such a lovely coffee shop. The staff were so nice. Love the mish mash of furniture. It feels like home. Coffee, hot chocolate, delicious, and vegan options, too, were fab.”
“Nice food, friendly staff. The children’s water pistols were a good idea to harmlessly keep those pesky aggressive seagulls away from stealing your food. It’s a shame someone managed to find fault with such an environmentally friendly idea. Lovely cafe.”
“Omg. Favorite place ever. Punk, great vibes, they’re cool with people with laptops, great wifi, filtered batch coffee, give u a discount for refills, vegan options, amazing place”
“Best start of the day! Coffee taste amazing even the decaf Many choices of pastries The staff was very friendly They sale coffee beans and Decaf as well , that they can grind if you wish!!”
“Another banging cafe in Brighton, with some of the best coffee beans if you are on the hunt. Speciality coffee made well, but the flavour and complexity of the coffee itself makes this place a gem. The vibes are always good, especially when the sun is out and people are fighting over a seat on the little benches out front - they are perfect for soaking in the sun and the huddle and bustle of Brighton on the weekend. Seating inside is a little more rustic, opting for a more mis-matched vintage style. It’s comfy and cosy, great for chilling. (Heads up, not really a cafe to work in though, there’s no wifi) The selection of cakes and bakes is not what Bond Street focuses on, but the addition of bite sized cakes to pair with the coffee is fab. Nothing stand out, but the perfect little sweet treat to complement a great cup of coffee. Try dunking! All in all, Bond Street has some of the best coffee in Brighton. Whether they make the best cup is down to preference I guess, but the beans - fab.”
“Popped into Y The Yemeni Coffee Co in Peacehaven today and it was a real treat. The coffee is absolutely top-tier—rich, smooth, and clearly high quality. The staff are so nice and welcoming, making for a really pleasant atmosphere. The shop is clean and well-kept, definitely one of the best spots for a coffee in the area. We’ll be back!”
“Hard to beat. Makes my top 5. Great coffee tick. Enticing menu at reasonable prices tick. Atmosphere and service first rate tick.”
“I only review a 5 star experience. Ok so I was visiting Brighton for business and changed upon this place. The aroma hit me as I was walking by and I simply had to go in. I chose a Vegan meal deal and was served by the simply beautiful Ayesha. You know when you are dealing with an person who is genuinely helpful and so friendly and positive. It really does make a difference. When I have a 5 star experience I offer the servers a free portrait. They mostly decline but Ayesha was flattered and loved the final results. Positive ambience, super tasty coffee, great meal deal value, wonderful staff.”
“The taster menu was absolutely gorgeous, and the wine pairing perfect. All meat was beautifully cooked, especially the pork belly. Post House Brighton is the perfect spot for a cosy date night or somewhere impressive to bring someone visiting.”
“Great Cafe situated at the heart of the village. Coffee is great, food is delicious service is good. Staff are in the main friendly but not all which drops the single star, but not enough to make this an issue. All in all,a great find and we'll worth a visit.”
“Renee was so lovely and knowledgable. I'm a barista too so we talked about coffee. Made a gorgeous cortado for me too. Thank you! Would recommend”
“Absolutely amazing little cafe/restaurant Was there as a result of a business trip and I could've been more delighted The homemade desserts are to die for 10/10 will definitely go again when I'm next in the area”
