“Fabulous pub! Quirky, eclectic interior with a good range of drinks on tap, plus some interesting cocktails. Get there before 7pm and some of the prices are cheaper too. And the Thai food is outstanding - great spicy portions at a very reasonable price. A total gem.”

“We called in for coffee as we were visiting a nearby property that a relative is buying. This is a large pub - plenty of different seating areas. Very friendly helpful staff behind the counter. I would guess that this is an independently owned pub - you don't get service like this in a chain! Very attractive "pub classic" menu. I can't wait for the purchase to go through so that we can all return here for a meal and some drinks. Community pubs like this are increasingly rare. The coffee was good and surprisingly cheap. Thank you!”

“Went here to watch one of the film that was on during the week (Urchin) and had a wonderful experience. Very smooth process from booking online, arriving and interacting with very friendly staff. Then the actual theatre. Absolutely comfortable 10/10. Very clean environment; comfortable seating; and the sound system was perfect. Literally had a better movie experience here than I did at a much larger operated cinema 2 days prior.”

Had the Sunday roast (beef of course) and was not disappointed - it was fabulous! Bella took our order and a young lass with blonde hair served us (Jenni? I think, sorry didn’t get her name). We could see it was busy and the staff were busy but they kept an eye out for everyone. Really pleased we called in & will call in again next time we are in the area. Thank you.”

“We came here for brunch as we had our dog with us and we needed somewhere that was dog-friendly. The ladies working there are super friendly and our order was taken quickly. The food came quickly and was well-cooked it didn't have excess grease and the portion size was great.”

“Great Cafe situated at the heart of the village. Coffee is great, food is delicious service is good. Staff are in the main friendly but not all which drops the single star, but not enough to make this an issue. All in all,a great find and we'll worth a visit.”

“Genuinely maybe the best 3 course meal I've ever had, booked the function room for a surprise 30th and was genuinely unbelievable. We had Riccardo (might be slightly wrong) but couldn't have asked for any more. It is slightly on the more expensive side but one million % worth it if you want the full experience. Food and service both 10/10”
