Friendly staff and always remind me when she is due her checkups and boosters etc. the pet club is a bargain as it covers all checkups, annual boosters and kennel cough spray and worming tablets and flea treatment. Also will cut claws and express anal glands as part of service. Discounts off specialised foods too. Would definitely recommend”

“I had to visit the PDSA with a cat I found that had been run over. The staff were brilliant, letting me go through the side door so people in the waiting room wouldn't see the cat that had died en route. They were kind and considerate and helped me find the owner of the cat shop I could tell them what had happened.”

In particular, I was there this morning and asked if I could briefly discuss a prescription & its side effects - the pharmacist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me to make a decision about an alternative medication. “I had a vet appointment for one if mt kittens, so I got on the bus to hollingbury. The vet was very kind, considerate and professional. I am based with their service. I also bought some trea5s for the kittens, while I was waiting. The shop has a large variety of products for dogs, cats, rabbits, and aquarium fish.”

“Our older cat was getting rather poorly, thyroid, kidneys and liver. A couple of months later after her appointment, she had seizures. We had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot praise Pet Doctors enough, they were gentle, compassionate, caring, kind and that's just how they were with us! Absolute wrecks that we were. She was not scared when she went and that is in large part thanks to Pet Doctors. Two weeks later, a card appeared in our post with a small packet of sunflowers, from Pet Doctors, giving their sympathy, this was a very sweet and appreciated action which touched us deeply. “We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.”

Lesley's professionalism stood out, even in a busy environment with a long queue. She demonstrated in-depth knowledge of her role and the issues she was dealing with. Her courtesy and pleasant demeanor were notable, even when dealing with agitated customers. Lesley handled a variety of complex issues efficiently. She remained organized and composed under pressure. Asda should be so pleased and proud to have her as a member of their front facing staff.”
