Service is excellent and staff very helpful and polite. Part of the purchase is that they do a free clean each year of you owning the ring. what a bonus as we go to Brighton each year. Thank you.”

“I visited on 2 August, about 15m before closing. I was looking to buy a gift for my nephew's upcoming birthday, and after a small discussion as to his interests, Megan helped me pick out two toys; one was a "Pen Control - LCD Tablet" and the other "Dinosaur Bingo"! Not only was Megan super helpful with suggestions, they were also amazingly friendly and I could easily see they actually wanted to provide a good service and help me buying a great gift. As I was leaving, the beautiful English weather began pouring, and I asked if it was okay to wait inside for a few minutes to see if the weather would clear. Megan said that was fine, and after having a little look around, I ended up also buying two Laser Cut Wooden Puzzles ("Airplane" and "Mechanical Time") for myself! I can't give high enough praise to Megan for her amazing customer service and genuinely friendly and fun demeanor. Once I've completed these two puzzles I'll certainly be back again for more! “I had such a wonderful experience getting my nose pierced. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. She was incredibly easy to talk to and so lovely! I left feeling so happy and confident with my piercing, it was so quick and painless.”

“Richard was the person that did my tattoo. I had a brilliant experience he really helped me. I had an existing tattoo that I wanted adding to enhancing. I would share a picture but at the moment it doesn’t look too great because of healing. I would recommend them as the whole team was really friendly and the building is extremely accessible, which is rare for tattoo parlours unfortunately at the moment they haven’t got a disabled toilet but they have plans to change that in the near future. It was such a lovely welcoming place, I am very pleased to have found them. I will be definitely going back for the touchups of my now five tattoos.”

Fun and friendly staff in an original shop with good quality, affordable and carefully selected vintage (and designer) gender neutral clothing. Brighton's hidden gem! (not for long, there were queues outside recently so..)”

“Brilliant service, quality units, stylish design and fantastic installation. I was struggling to find a company to cover all bases until I found these guys. It was so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to the same people (Kevin and Gabby) throughout the whole project, who were familiar with every aspect. Even after the installation, when i raised a couple of issues, their response was still quick, proactive and helpful. Eg. I thought there was a scratch on one of the glass units: Kevin immediately offered to replace it. Turned out to be removable resin, but I was so impressed at the no quibbles approach to getting everything right. My only regret is not going through them for all the other services (electrician, plumber, builder, etc) as my life would have been so much less stressful if I had!”

I ordered an espresso, a cortado, and a hand drip, and every single cup was perfect. Balanced, smooth, and full of flavor — no bitterness at all, just pure coffee joy. Their pastries and baked goods look so tempting too… I wanted to try them all! If you’re in Brighton, you’ve got to check this place out. Just a heads up: it can be a little slow because they’ve got so many loyal regulars — but trust me, it’s 100% worth the wait.”

“Peter and his team have just installed new speakers, a subwoofer, charging sockets and Bluetooth connectivity on my 88 Trans Am. Their communication throughout, along with great customer service made the entire process straightforward and stress free. All the staff that I had dealings with were an absolute pleasure and couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m very happy with their workmanship and professionalism too.”

“Excellent tiles and customer service. Great tips on tile placement today at the Hove store (Old Shoreham Rd Superstore). I started using Topps after buying 4 boxes of tiles from B&Q of which only 3 tiles were unflawed! Got refund obvs and cycled across to Newhaven Topps instead! Topps tiles are all perfect, such great quality and gorgeous modern selection of designs Delivery is rather expensive, so try to get from your local store”

“We're in Brighton for our summer holiday and since we're zero-waste-fans from Cologne, I was keen to visit the "Store next door". The journey by bus uphill from the city centre was more than worth it!!! My daughter had lots of fun to watch the peanut butter machine do its magic and to go to the basement and look around. I also liked that they sell local and handmade products like the Brighton socks which I bought as a useful souvenir:) I can also highly recommend the whole neighborhood. We meant to stop real quick at the "Store", but there were so many different tiny shops that attracted our attention, we probably spent more than two hours in the Fiveways area :)”

“Over the weekend I found Finns Vape store on Portland road, I met the lovely couple that manage the store and they were so helpful and friendly. I went in there knowing nothing about vaping and they were so good with me, they asked what I was going to be vaping and they offered me the most suitable device for my needs. They were not once pushy trying to get me to buy something expensive or things I didn't need, it was just kept nice and simple. Most of all it was the outstanding customer service and the knowledge held by these two Wonderfull people that will have me going back there. I am sorry I didn't catch both your names. “Mix Labs Retail has everything you could possibly need in a vape shop. Great choice of liquid, including the fantastic MLDI range. Which is now my goto product, absolutely incredible flavours. The hardware selection is on point from very simple puff and play options to the more serious DTL. And finally, the staff, every time I've visited whoever is serving that day, has been so helpful and polite, including the new gentleman in there.”

It was great that they had a little history behind them too, which is always a bonus at dinner time. Delivery was smooth as well, mainly because I live on the first floor and a lot of couriers only deliver to the front door.”

“Completed my RYA 1&2 with Brighton Watersports. The instructors were great - patient, competent and thorough. Doing the training in fresh water at Piddinghoe is perfect for beginners as there's no tide to worry about and club house provides a warm refuge if you fall in.”
