“We had a very clear kitchen design before we went into the showroom to look at units/ worktops. Jem & Graham guided us through certain aspects. The quality of the kitchen units & doors along with the great selection of work surfaces/ splashbacks was enough to decide on Brighton & Hove kitchens to carry out the work. We also decide to choose all our appliances there too. Neff had a great deal at the time of ordering. Dates were set and our fitters Nick & Charlie were absolutely fantastic. “Brilliant service, quality units, stylish design and fantastic installation. I was struggling to find a company to cover all bases until I found these guys. It was so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to the same people (Kevin and Gabby) throughout the whole project, who were familiar with every aspect. Even after the installation, when i raised a couple of issues, their response was still quick, proactive and helpful. Eg. I thought there was a scratch on one of the glass units: Kevin immediately offered to replace it. Turned out to be removable resin, but I was so impressed at the no quibbles approach to getting everything right. My only regret is not going through them for all the other services (electrician, plumber, builder, etc) as my life would have been so much less stressful if I had!”

“We chose Oeuf for brunch based on its great reputation, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The cafe has a beautiful, inviting atmosphere and the decorations are a nice touch. The staff were all so welcoming and attentive, and the brunch itself was absolutely delicious. The green smoothie was a definite highlight. If you want a more relaxed experience, I'd suggest booking your visit for after 1:30 PM to avoid the busiest rush.”

“Love this place! It’s huge which means loads of choice for natural healthy dog treats and a large selection of nature’s menu frozen food which is good. I have yet to notice a brand sold by one of the larger pet chains that isn’t here and it’s all well priced too. Staff are also really nice. Only complaint would be all the dog snacks by the till, I’m like a kid at the corner shop, by the time they’ve finished ringing through what I picked up in the shop, I’ve added several more items from their till side selection!”

“Over the weekend I found Finns Vape store on Portland road, I met the lovely couple that manage the store and they were so helpful and friendly. I went in there knowing nothing about vaping and they were so good with me, they asked what I was going to be vaping and they offered me the most suitable device for my needs. They were not once pushy trying to get me to buy something expensive or things I didn't need, it was just kept nice and simple. Most of all it was the outstanding customer service and the knowledge held by these two Wonderfull people that will have me going back there. I am sorry I didn't catch both your names. The pair of you were amazing and thanks for the great service”

“I recently placed on an online order with A Coombs pet centre. I'm so impressed. I'm usually a bit nervous ordering from smaller companies but the delivery, speed and customer service was amazing. My cat has a condition and the vet gave me some recommendations for food for my fussy cat. I like that they sell some of these more unusual monoprotein/hypoallergenic cat foods which seem hard to find online. They also sell the hills and royal canin wet foods in bulk and by the sachet/tin and it seems rare that companies sell by the sachet/tin and this is so helpful to try before you buy in bulk. I actually found them by asking chat GPT to find a retailer that sold all the foods I needed to purchase. I emailed them on a Saturday morning with a query and they got back to me within an hour, I placed an order about 9am and my order had arrived by 2pm the following day to Cornwall! That was with the free delivery. I'm really impressed and will be ordering from them again in the future.”

“Our little Italian Greyhound Whippet cross hates getting her nails clipped but all the staff at Brighton Pet Spa were very understanding, persistent and caring and got the job done! Highly recommend and will be back to get our pooches claws trimmed.”

“Had a fantastic experience with Brighton Silver at the weekend. I have been searching for a specific kind of silver bracelet for a long time and after looking at Brighton's extensive silver collection I found a chain in the window which was in necklace form would have made the perfect bracelet for the size and thickness I was looking for. They measured it out and offered to turn the necklace into the bracelet that I desired and within half an hour my bracelet was ready! The lady that helped me was very helpful and patient with my long list of questions and allowed me to try on many different bracelets until I had the correct one. Overall I thought the experience was great from start to finish and I would highly recommend them all. Also to add their silver is of a great quality and very fair on price.”
