“This practice never let's our families pets down. We've used them for the last 15+ years - visiting both the Woodingdean and Lewes branches. The reception team are knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The practices are immaculately clean and vet Mark Allaway is the most knowledgeable and kind veterinary surgeon that we could wish for. Would 100% recommend Cliffe vets.”

“We have been taking our cats to Cat’s Whiskers for around 11 years now. It is so good to go to a cat only vet where the waiting area is calm and there are no dog noises! Amanda is an excellent vet, quiet and calm, the appointments are never rushed and are very thorough. As mentioned in previous reviews, you do have to join a pet plan but if you have pets, you owe them that at least. This way they get regular, preventative health checks and are always up to date with flea and worm treatment and vaccinations. I am more than happy to recommend Amanda and her team who all do a wonderful job of making you feel at home, and every effort is made to make the experience as comfortable and stress free as possible for the cats and their owners.”

“I had to visit the PDSA with a cat I found that had been run over. The staff were brilliant, letting me go through the side door so people in the waiting room wouldn't see the cat that had died en route. They were kind and considerate and helped me find the owner of the cat shop I could tell them what had happened.”

“Very good vets, they looked after our dog Billy for about 12yrs. Pablo the vet is very friendly and knowledgable. Always happy to explain any issues in detail. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and the whole staff that dealt with Billy on his last day did it in a caring manner.”

“Meridian Vets are absolutely brilliant- Larissa has been looking after our kitties for years and she’s just fabulous. She’s kind, considerate, professional and empathetic- all our kitties are and have been rescues, sometimes with a traumatic past so this has made a big difference to their care. They all love her ! All the other vets we’ve seen over the years have been great too and the nurses are fantastic and caring. The receptionists are brilliant- always kind and understanding . We would highly recommend this practice- Thank you Meridian for looking after our beloved pets x”

“I whole heartedly recommend this practice. They have treated our dog before amd did so woth so much care. Today, they admitted my kitten who had a deep abscess on his face. They are so emphatic amd caring and will go above and beyond to make sure the animals that they treat are priority. I honestly couldn't be more grateful to everyone who works here. The lady at reception started her day early as I had plan, the nurses who tended to his every need throughout the day and the vet who worked on him twice. Thank you all so much. “Such a lovely vets. I went to another vet for my terrapin and wasn't happy with their service so spent time googling and found Farthings and I'm so pleased I did. Location ideal, parking ideal, reception staff all friendly on phone, email and in personal. Vet was so nice and not judgemental. Sadly I had to say goodbye to my 20 year old terrapin. Was such a horrible day but knowing I was in a better vets helped the situation. Collected my terrapin today and again such lovely staff. It's going to take me a while to get over losing luke but knowing the vets were thinking of the best rather than money and were just so lovely compared to the other vets I went to will always be remembered. Will highly recommend to anyone I speak to. Thank you again so much for making a horrible situation a little easier for me I'll always be grateful.”

“We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.”

“Fantastic experience with Southdown vets. Always really helpful on the phone and really friendly on reception. Vets have all been really helpful. My dog recently had to be sedated for ear checks and the attending practicioners (sorry I didn't catch their names!) made him really comfortable and were very understanding with him being very nervous. Wouldn't hestitate to recommend to anyone.”

“Couldn’t recommend more! The staff were amazing, so kind and welcoming, friendly and so helpful. I have a litter of 9 puppies who all came for their microchips today. Not only did they help me with the puppies to and from my car, but helped entertain them all when they were either waiting or after being chipped, helped keep them happy when I was at the desk paying, just genuinely made my day so much easier and I cannot thank them enough. The vet himself (I’m sorry I don’t know his name!) was brilliant. Could see he was very confident, very reassuring and he made sure they all got some affection after he had finished. “We've had to take both our Lurchers there in the last couple of months, the staff fitted us them in very quickly and did a great job with both of them. They were great with both dogs, 1 of them is very nervous around vets, but they were very patient with him, and the other 1 needed to have a wound stitched up, they took great care of her. Highly recommend this vets.”

“One of our cats, Pop, was poorly over the Bank Holiday. Our usual vet was closed but forwarded us to New Priory Vets. The team there was very helpful. Roz the vet gave Pop an injection and emailed his file to our vet so we can follow up. We were very happy with the help our furbaby received and would highly recommend this vet.”
