βThey look after my doggy very well.. A big thank you for doing his nails xβ
βWe've had to take both our Lurchers there in the last couple of months, the staff fitted us them in very quickly and did a great job with both of them. They were great with both dogs, 1 of them is very nervous around vets, but they were very patient with him, and the other 1 needed to have a wound stitched up, they took great care of her. Highly recommend this vets.β
βI am so grateful to this practice for all the fantastic care and attention they have given to my cat, especially over the last 18months since she was diagnosed with 2 critical illnesses. I always knew they were good from our annual vet check ups and occasional visits following the odd cat fight! However, since her diagnoses last year the staff have been absolutely brilliant - both with our cat and with us. Every member of staff has been extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable, honest and so very caring. It's been a long journey already but 18 months on and our lovely little cat is back to her playful, mischievous self and in the best health for a while. Whilst that may not last forever, I know she is in the best possible care with the team at Southdown. I cannot recommend them highly enough!β
βThank you so much to this lovely vets for helping us out when Pet Doctors failed to help. I canβt put in to words how thankful we all are to you for helping our poor boy out. The staff were amazing and very helpful and very compassionate and supportive.β
βLovely team of receptionists and a phenomenal surgeon Chris. My dog Frodo snapped his cruciate ligament in April and then did his other leg in October. We have received the best care with 2 very successful operations with Chris that I couldnβt be more thankful for. Very happy I chose this practice to perform this. Thank you always, Amber & Frodo!β
βAbsolutely faultless! They were professional, kind and so knowledgeable. The vets offer lots of options to cover all price ranges, they take their time and donβt rush. The nurses are friendly, gentle and have a high level of knowledge. The staff on the desk (Georgia and Hannah) are treasures who have been nothing but delightful- keeping me informed, offering manageable appointments and being friendly and compassionate. I am so glad I moved to this practice for a second opinion.β
βWe were recently referred by our local vets to see Gavin .Our eleven and a half year old Staffie had started to suffer from extreme lack of energy which we were concerned about. We got an early appointment with Gavin who advised us she would need to stay overnight for tests and treatments as needed .She was diagnosed with heart failure. Two months on She is a different dog running, playing and so much happier due to the medication as prescribed. So it is with the care and attention given by Gavin and his team that we have our Lovely Tia back enjoying a good life.We would highly recommend this surgery. With thanks Phillip &Dianeβ
βI have a 19yr old cat called Daisy. A few days ago, I had cause to ring greatly concerned about her. It was 5.55pm and closing time, and young lady called Lisa answered, listened to my rambling very patiently and gave me good advice... DAISY Used one of her 9 lives, made it through to next morning. At 8.30 my phone rang and it was Lisa from STELLAR, to enquire after Daisy. That small act of kindness meant so much and reassured me that the lovely people at STELLAR VETS really are looking after Littlehampton pets. Give them a visit . You won't be disappointed. Ps. Daisy is fine .β

βWe had the best experience with Adur valley. We moved over at the recommendation of friends and couldnβt be happier. Everyone was so kind, caring and understanding and we felt so content that our boy was in safe hands. There is a real personal touch and he was treated with such love - even wagged his tail walking back in the building! The vets and nurses are so knowledgable and clearly experts at what they do. The reception team are also very kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.β

βMy anxious dog had to go in for sedation and x-ray. Everyone was approachable. The Nurse Cara was so calm and kind that my dog even allowed her to place a cannula and was comfortable for the appointment. The very rang as promised to explain the results and a treatment plan. Lovely practice to deal withβ
βBrilliant Worthing vets run by 2 very experienced vets with a large team - can always get an appointment for my cats. Open long hours. Good value for moneyβ
βThe staff here are simply wonderful, always so kind and gentle with our pets, been using them for the last 12 years and they are consistent with their service.β
βAn excellent vets! They have supported us with our pets over the years, giving honest opinions and caring for us and primarily the pet. Canβt recommend them highly enough.β
βAnother lovely visit to Mewes Veterinary Clinic this morning with Milo. As always we were greeted with friendliness, care and professionalism. The Mewes is the best clinic in Sussex and I trust the staff with all of my animals who are put at ease with the kindness, great care and compassion at all times. Highly recommend.β
βVery understanding vets and great with our dogs. Usually able to book an appointment hassle free. Lunar even got a bravery award when they fixed her leg. Nice not to get huffed and tutted at which I've found with some other vets. Good to have a team of workers and receptionists that care for their customers just as much as the animals.β
βExcellent service, all the staff are friendly, professional, kind and caring. Have been going to this vets since the original Arnold & Clare, had concerns when Medivet took over, some years ago. I have always been delighted with Oscar's care from the experienced vets, for his several issues that require constant medication @ blood tests regularly but everyone makes the visits stress free. Thanks to Vets Liz, & Susy. Also to Ashleigh & her team.β
βOur very much loved dog Bella has been with Medivet since May 2024 (she is now 3years old) and compared to other vets we can honestly say this has been the best yet. Every appointment has been seemingly effortlessly to book and we are always able to get an appointment for a time that suit us. The team have always made it stress free as sometimes Bella can become nervous when attending appointments, but Lucy and the team have always put us at easy with their caring approach towards Bella and ourselves. Bella recently went for surgery on her pockettail and was referred by the team to a specialist surgeon who was amazing and she is recovering well. We cannot thank the team enough for all the support and dedication they have given Bella. They have been able to deal with the insurance company for us which was extremely easy at a stressful time and gave us time to focus on her recovery. We would definitely recommend this vets and their pet plan.β
βExcellent Veterinary. We were most impressed upon our first visit. The consultant we saw was very caring and clearly loved animals.β
βAmazing and caring service. Staff are so friendly and helpful, particularly Jenny. Best vet it the area by far.β
βFerring Street Vets East Preston are very welcoming to the human & the animal. Iβm very happy with the service Iβve had from all of the vets, nurses & receptionists. Iβd highly recommend to anyone.β
βI have always had good and professional help and advice from Grove Lodge. I have used them for many years for my cats and try and see Stephen Courtney who is very reassuring and βknows his stuffβ.β
βI had an absolutely fantastic experience with this cattery. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and clearly designed with the cats' comfort and safety in mind. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the well-being of the animals in their careβ
βIβm very happy with Coastway in Lewes. All the vets and nurses have a great relationship with their patients and I have received good advice e.g. when my cat was being bullied. Vets are expensive but on various occasions Coastway staff have suggested ways of saving money. The appointments tend to be in the afternoon and itβs sometimes very difficult to exit the car park due to parked cars - not their fault I know.β
βGreat place for your beloved pets from all your essentials to grooming to vetsβ
βWe've been with these vets for about 9 years now and I have always had good service from them. All the vets we have seen over the years have been absolutely lovely. Our most recent visits we have seen Sarah who is relatively new to the practice, she was amazing with our new puppy and also managed to handle our grumpy old cat with care and confidence on another visit. The receptionists and nurses are all really helpful and friendly.β
βThanks to the team at Henley House vets for looking after our Jasper. He had to go in for major surgery, the vet explained the procedure and its risks so we could make an informed decision. On the day of the operation the team kept us fully informed on his progress and when we picked him up they gave us all the information we needed to look after him post-op. They showed great care for Jasper and over the two weeks post-op we have been able to call with updates and questions. Jasper has been seen for his post op checks and again we have been fully supported by the whole team at Henley House. Thanks to the whole team.β
βOne of the best vets my cats have ever been with. Such a welcoming and friendly practice, the care all the team has for animals is evident and the advice is always grounded and the treatments exceptional. Weβve moved out of the area now, and the new vets has a lot to live up to!β
βI want to thank, Dr Julia and her wonderful team, for taking good care of Enzo whilst having a serious dental procedure. Further more, the aftercare and attention, to make sure he was making a good recovery.β
