“tldr; Absolutely Brilliant. Great service, high quality work and totally fair and honest. My wife and I have used these guys for services and MOT's for several years and have recommended them to friends - they are great. I don't normally go in for submitting reviews but my experience today just highlighted how good they are so felt I should contribute. My car failed it's MOT today on an issue that will cost a lot to put right, but rather than just booking it in they recommended that I approach the manufacturer as they've seen other examples of this issue recently. I've contacted the main dealer and now I'm booked in for an assessment to see whether it will get fixed for free (or subsidised). If it turns out that I will still need to pay full whack to get the repair done then I will of course bring the business back to Bristol and Bath Car Services but if not then they have sacrificed a significant sum of money by going above and beyond in their customer service. Experience already told me that they deliver the highest standards of work, but the honesty, integrity and care for their customer they showed today should be an example to any business.”

“Passing through and saw this little place. Popped in for a bacon butty and a wee and it’s made me genuinely sad that I don’t live around the corner so I could visit every week. Staff (Sharon and Darcy) were so friendly even though we aren’t local. They had regulars (known by name) and clearly look after them making everyone feel special. Spending time chatting with an older gentleman. It’s opposite the park and botanical gardens, I walked the dog before popping in. Really wished I lived closer to be able to come back get bits for a picnic and stroll in the parks. Dog friendly too! Bacon butty - banging Takeaway brownie not yet eaten but smells divine. Service warm and friendly And the best bit, evening guest chefs and wine! Anyone have the number of an estate agent?”

I originally saw Dr Ahmad for invisalign treatment and he was fantastic, he listened so carefully to what I wanted and the results are so much better than I could ever have imagined. I can't bear the thought of going back to my old dentist after experiencing how great Bristol Dental Suite is, so I will continue to see the team for general dentistry going forwards. They make so much noise when you move them and the scraping sounds awful. Please put some padding underneath. It would make a big difference to the atmosphere. They have a high chair (only saw one but there may be more). Plenty of seating available. Tables can be moved to accommodate larger groups. A variety of soft and hot drinks on offer. Located - Upstairs right next to the walkway for gates 21-33. There is a lift available for access to the first floor.”
