“what a lovely experience at this joules!! i had a bit of christmas money to spend, and i’d seen that there was a sale on quite a few joules items over the xmas period. i’d spotted some joules rugby shirts/jumpers that i liked recently but couldn’t afford them. i was really happy to see a good £30 off most items, so i thought i’d treat myself. so happy with my new rugby shirt!! some lovely clothes in here and the staff were chatty and helpful. i love joules clothes and will hopefully return for more soon x”

If you want individual pieces at fair prices this is the place to try. “If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! What amazing customer service we have experienced each time we've come in here. We've been in several times for suits and decided today was the day we brought one, definitely the best decision! The staff were amazing as always. So helpful and friendly, they dont try and push expensive suits on you at all. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was too much. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely changing rooms. And caring towards their customers and even let our daughter sit down and chill because she was tired! Their returns policy is absolutely incredible and they'll order in suits for you if needed, considering we need 7, this gives us great peace of mind! Thank you so much !!”
