“I was an NHS patient at Care Fertility Bath in 2023-2024, and I had a wonderful experience. All the nurses, doctors, embryologists, receptionists - everyone was kind, understanding & informative, and the clinic itself is a welcoming place. We had one round of ICSI IVF and two embryo transfers, the second being successful. The process was really quick once we got started, I know the timings depend very much on the patients and how busy the clinic is etc. so maybe we just got lucky, but I was pregnant within 9 months of our first appointment. The care before, during and after my treatment was great, I really didn't know what to expect when we went for our first appointment but everything went so much more smoothly than I anticipated. It's a strange situation to find yourself in, we were advised to take it one step at a time which was the best advice, and I was always made to feel comfortable. No procedures were painful and everything was discussed with me clearly before going ahead. I would recommend this clinic and I would return there in the future.”

I can tell Andrea is a perfectionist in her work, and she made sure my filling was perfect before I left. She has also recommended using a prescribed toothpaste and TePe brushes, which have made a significant difference to my dental health. Ana-Maria is equally wonderful, continuously checking in on me and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the filling procedure. Both Andrea and Ana-Maria are not only highly skilled but also extremely aware and accommodating of my anxiety and other health conditions. Their professionalism and kindness have made my dental visits far less daunting, and I'm very appreciative of their care. The receptionist staff are also always friendly and helpful. “A last minute booking for one night on 1st December. The room was large, clean and with a very comfortable bed. Proper blackout curtains and decent windows meant the room was dark and quiet. An iron and an ironing board were a welcome sight, as was the large shower. Staff were friendly and attentive with a good sense of humour. Nit picking would say that there is a £3.00 charge for parking, and for some reason Google Maps took me to a different hotel several miles away. All in all though, a good quality, well priced hotel and recommended.”
