“I popped in first thing on Wednesday morning this week and warmly greeted and served by Carol. So helpful and patient as I had noticed a product I wanted was advertised much cheaper online. She was great and ordered it for me instead of having to go online and do it myself. Fantastic customer service and genuinely enjoys her job! Will definitely pop in again. Thank you”
“I go to boots twice a week, great end of line sales. The only problem I have is the pharmacy. I collect medication twice a week,my prescriptions are sent days before i pick up.on the day my stuff is never ready, then I get staff lieing trying to cover there backs,it's a tad stupid”
“Excellent experience of the pharmacy in Yate. Poorly daughter required a medication which had manufacturing issues and not available in other local pharmacies. The team kindly checked if they could order some and when it arrived they kept some aside for me. Dispensed quickly. Very good service”
“Handy for a coffee and a hot slice of pizza personaly, but they also have a wide selection of on the go healthy options. Prices are fair and there is a good selection main store items should you need an essential ingredient for your main meal.”
“I don’t understand why this store has only 3.5 stars – it’s well-stocked and has a great selection of products. Today, my partner found a Nolina, a potted plant she had been searching for everywhere, and she’s absolutely thrilled! A solid supermarket with good variety and convenient shopping. Definitely deserves a higher rating!”
“Went in on a Saturday as had a really bad throat ,had a consultation with the pharmacist and prescribed antibiotics for tonsillitis, fantastic service and don't have to wait till Monday and try to get an appointment at the doctors, the pharmacist and staff were lovely”
“Visited other pharmacies who could not fulfil my prescription. Thankfully, Boots could. The staff were very helpful and very nice. We also visiyed the shop area and was helped by a lovely young lady called Brooke so helpful and polite. What a lovely group of people.”
“Had prescription filled Sat pm14Oct22. Small que ahead of me that dissipated quickly. An absolute star of an assistant fulfilled my prescription, this despite me being newly registered and me arriving shortly after my prescription had electronically arriving. Fantastic service on the day I visited.”
“This has been my local branch for 21 years now. Given how busy it is, and how rude and impatient some customers can be, I think the staff do a great job. Sure there have been some oddballs over the years, usually locum staff or those who don’t stick around. The working conditions really aren’t great - I don’t believe it’s had a refit in the time I’ve been using it. It feels cramped for staff and customers at times which I’m sure leads to friction. It’s an invaluable part of the local high street in Bishopston and I am very grateful for it and those who keep it running.”
“The service has definitely improved since they've got new staff. I've had bad experiences in the past with trying to get my prescription, but my recent experiences have pleasant and little fuss.”
