“Ideal for pre flight accommodation. Room was fine although furniture was dated. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was way above expectations with a fantastic Sri Lankan curry. 10 minute walk to mag level train to access BHX”

“My husband and I stayed to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The staff were very helpful from the very first time we contacted them via email to arrange the booking with Roxanna. Our evening meal in the restaurant was superb. In fact I would say it was the best meal I have had in many years. I highly recommend the herb crusted lamb and both my husband and I agreed that the sticky toffee pudding was pure heaven. Geeva & Gael were very attentive serving staff and very pleasant. We chose to have a few drinks in the bar and again, Ashley the barman was a delight. Attentive, pleasant and friendly. Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we look forward to staying again in future”

“Fantastic value for money. £37 a night during the Summer holidays is brilliant, especially when it includes free parking and free WiFi. Very close to Birmingham Airport, National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Railway Station too. Room was quite impressive with an excellent bathroom and shower area and it had recent carpets and had just been painted as well.”

“We came to Brownsover Hall tonight on their soft opening night. We have really looked forward to seeing the hotel come back to life after is declined under its previous owners. To say the new owners have redeveloped the hotel is an understatement. They have improved the hotel incredibly and turned it into a uniquely beautiful boutique hotel. The welcome was fabulous, the receptionist Alice was very pleasant and smiley, as were the bar staff and Adam we anssume F&B Manager was very welcoming too. In fact we spoke to a number of members of staff and all were friendly and welcoming. Harry served us and he was knowledgable and helpful and again exactly how you would want a high quality establishments staff to treat you. The food was excellent, the flat iron steak cooked to perfection. The other dishes we had were fabulous too. The tarte-tatin is most definitely worth waiting for. The ambience of the restaurant, Scott’s, was awesome and has as with the rest of the hotel been lovingly and skilfully interior designed. We will definitely return after such a lovely experience. We’ve used this hotel many times in the past and it is now another level. The new owners have created a wonderful experience. Well done on creating such a beautiful environment.”

“Had the most amazing birthday weekend stay here. Simran is the host with the most. The apartment was immaculate with luxury decor and an amazing terrace view. The terrace bar and restaurant was amazing too. 5 star service and was even gifted a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of a weekend away in Leamington. It made my birthday weekend extra magical. Thanks so much :) very grateful.”

“The whole building was clean and fresh. The towels were lluxurious.. A desk fan was provided for my comfort during the heatwave. There was a gatage nearby with a convenience store and a food preparation francise. I had a good night's sleep, with my bedroom window open and minimal traffic noise.”

“We stayed here the night before Reggaeland as it’s only 20 mins on the train to Milton Keynes. The room was massive, clean and fresh sheets. Staff are really sweet and work so hard. It was £55 for the room plus breakfast for myself and my 2 girls. The breakfast is well worth the money and has great choices including gluten and dairy free. It’s replenished often and fresh, lovely full English and a variety of drinks, fruits and continental. The location is perfect facing the railway station and about a 15 min walk to the local shopping centre.”

“Excellent service from very helpful staff. Really nice room (a refurbished one) and public areas. The car park couldn't handle a full hotel but that was exacerbated by a few vans taking up more than one space. Don't arrive after 9pm and expecting a space! Handy for the NEC and cheaper than the on site hotels there.”

“The rooms were nice, but I didn’t like the mirrors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they really cared about the guests. Our kids even got coloring books, which was a lovely touch. You can easily reach the retail park on foot. Breakfast Buffet was really good and dinner too.”

“My bf and I stayed here this weekend and had such a great stay. He had prepped things to get sent to the room and they had it all ready in there. We went down for a (very yummy) meal in the restaurant and it was busy, but everything was Covid safe. The staff were wonderful and the owners were very welcoming. There’s a great atmosphere in there and that goes to the owners and friendly staff. Thanks for a great stay. I’m sorry that new Covid rules may effect you! It’s terrible and we really hope the best for your business. P.S. any vegans dining here in future want to try their falafel burger :)”

“I stayed at this hotel 10 days ago with my husband . It’s really a great value for money. The cleaning is good and the staff is very friendly. One of the housekeepers, a lady named Gun, was very nice and extremely helpful. She provided excellent service and kept the room very clean. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.”

“I recently stayed at the riverside and it appears to be recently refurbished and modernised. It's been finished to a high standard. The staff were friendly. The food was good. The tv stations in the rooms are endless. The water pressure in the bath will blast it off you. Wifi in the rooms are free and good.”

“For the price range, this is a fantastic hotel. The room was spotlessly clean amd very quiet. The location is great: walking distance inti Rugby, maybe 15 minutes off the M1, with ample parking. I highly recommend it.”

“Stopped here Saturday 1st Nov. I booked the wrong night by mistake but the hotel accommodated me and changed my date with no extra cost. Extremely helpful. Spotless room. Very large bed with 6 pillows, really comfortable. Lovely room. All in all what a lovely place. Would recommend all day long and will stay again. Thank you to the staff.”
