“I can only comment on my personal experience of Whitestone Clinic. Accessing help for children's mental health is a disgrace. In Warwickshire alone CAMHs currently has approximately 10,000 young people on their waiting list! I made hundreds of calls to different services over six months trying to get help but once I'd managed to get an appointment with Whitestone they have been amazing. From the team on reception to the mental health practitioners, their support has been outstanding, they've been kind, understanding and professional and a massive support for myself and my family at a time of crisis. “I noticed the low score reviews and wanted to give my own review to balance them somewhat. I moved to the area 6 years ago and was not registered with any practice until covid, when I realised I needed to be registered to get vaccinated. I picked Jubilee because it is on my commuting route as well as the route I generally take when visiting family and friends, and it's easy walking distance. There are other, better rated practices nearby, but the location for me was key. I have had cause to go in recently due to a painful injury that I am on a waiting list for. The staff couldn't be more pleasant, when I have been in blinding pain I have been able to see someone the same day, and they have responded to my phone enquiries with diligence and courtesy, I couldn't ask for better.”

I am often then offered an appointment on the day I ring, if there's a need. I have always been seen within a few minutes of the appointment time.
