“I’m not sure how “Wayne” comes to the conclusion that the lovely ladies in the pharmacy don’t work hard because every time I go in, which is quite often they are all running around like mad people!!! They work extremely hard & are always happy & very polite to customers so my suggestion to “Wayne’ is to stop criticising people whose jobs you couldn’t do yourself!!! Ok.”

I arrived in a feeling very ill and sorry-for-myself state after being told at a DIFFERENT pharmacy that they would charge me £20 for a consultation and my prescription on top of that! Willington Pharmacy were lovely, kind and their consultation was free. I did ring beforehand just incase but I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, the right medication was prescribed and staff were great. Highly recommend!”

“Consistently excellent. I think some of the reviews are a little unfair; they have 1000s of prescriptions to process and it isn't always immediate. It does take time, and that's not Boots fault, that's just having limited pharmacies. They twice owed me medicine, but not because they didn't order enough stock; turns out I just have a very unusual asthma inhailer, which they now order. Staff have always been lovely to me.”
