βAre you looking for sushi?! Then look no further! This place was a great find and even convinced my friend who doesn't like sushi!! The menu is large with many options. I had the combo platter which was about Β£25 for 20 pieces. The fish was so fresh and tasty I wanted more! The servers were really attentive, asked about dietary requirements too. The restaurant was clean and calming, no loud music just great to get out of the busy taffic of Edinburgh. Next time in in the city I'll be coming back for more!β
βNice food! You get a choice of steamboat, steampot and Korean grill BBQ. The table for each type of meal is set up differently so each table can only choose one though. Range of food for steampot was great! Plenty of razor clams and prawns, even whole sea bass. Service was excellent. Attentive and personable. Highly recommended!β
βTheir tempura bowls are top-notch, and really stand out from their regular menu items. They provide free-flow miso soup which is delicious. Make sure to check on their Instagram for which days the tempura is available, because it changes from week to week. The prices are quite reasonable for a sit-down restaurant in Edinburgh.β
βI went for dinner to try the tasting menu and the service was 10/10 with servers refilling our water almost as soon as we ran out and they asked us if we would like a top up of ginger after we ran out as well, the courses came out almost immediately after we finished the last and they cleared our dishes as soon as they were finished. The food was so tasty- Iβd highly recommend Teriyaki chicken as a main because the sauce was delicious. Also my first time trying a few things like chicken gyoza and Mochi. They were both so so good! The atmosphere was so lovely, the restaurant wasnβt busy so we could hear ourselves talking. It would be a great place to go eat alone as-well because it is so quiet in there. They also do take-aways which we noticed while we were eating. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back again.β
βQuite possibly the best meal we have had the pleasure of eating. Stumbled upon this gem by chance, and how fortunate we are to have done so!! Unassuming from the front this restaurant offered us the freshest food, made to order with absolutely stunning presentation. Welcoming of our young family and very friendly staff made this meal out relaxing from the start! We ordered three different meals and several side dishes. All were beautifully presented and made with the freshest ingredients. Absolutely will be back and so very happy that we found this little gem in the big city!! Definitely recommended to all our friends for whenever they're in town!β
βDuring my work in Edinburgh I chose this place for lunch and definitely was not disappointed. Delicious food. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Location is very good too. Shouldβve taken the pictures of food or inside but I was too busy enjoying the food.β
βI booked a table here for myself and my girlfriend after looking on trip advisor, the food was absolutely delicious!!,my girlfriend had the lemon chicken and donuts for dessert,I had the chicken chow mein and banana fritta, everything was made to perfection, the menu is nice and simple, the staff were very friendly and efficient, overall a great dining experience, highly recommend, ill be returning next time im in Edinburgh.β
βFirst time at Wagamama's and had a bonus visit since my brother works there. Really good that they take extra care if you have any allergyβs, the food was really tasty, well presented and not too hot. The service is good and didnβt had to wait long. Really recommend if you have any food allergyβs.β
βGood fresh food hand maded at your eyes. Really good tastes, well spaced with awsome result of well done dish.β
βLovely restaurant and bar below The Brunswick Hotel. Service was very friendly and the recommended dinner (Chicken Parmgiano) was a perfect fit. Quite wide drink menu and Fever Tree as house tonic that paired lovely with the Gin. Thank you for a pleasent evening.β
βCanβt fault anything, food was hot, crispy & fresh. Full of flavour. Honestly the best Chinese in this area!β
βWaited an hour cos the queues were so big for this quality food..worth the wait. Best loaded fries I've ever had. Oaft. 10/10.β
βOne of the best Chinese takeaway we have had , wish we weren't just visiting on holiday, absolutely fantastic!β
βDropped in by chance, did not expect much. Do not be deceived that it is in a food court and assume it's not any good. To the contrary, we found an authentic Hong Kong style and taste experience here. Friendly staff and prompt food serving. Food temperature is hot when served.β
βThe food is absolutely delicious! By far the best chinese Iβve tried in Edinburgh (after being here for 4 years).Big portion sizes and great value for money, definitely recommend!β
βWe had excellent service when visiting this restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious, good sized portions, and reasonably priced. We had leftovers and it was still yummy the next day. I wish we had time to revisit before leaving the country. Highly recommend this restaurant.β
βGreat lunch and snack menu resembling of Asian street food with a fusion touch to it. I had two buns with a very generous portion of beef and tofu filling for Β£5.95, topped with salad. The sushi/burrito invention looked good on other customers' plates too. I found the little desserts particularly endearing - one can chose 6 for Β£3.50 or any single one for Β£0.60. This coupled with a relaxed atmosphere, spacious interior in a raw but warm (wood!) decor and really friendly staff calls for 5 stars.β
βWe liked this place so much we went twice. We had the Salmon Teriyaki Bowl, Veg Tofu Teriyaki Bowl, Veg Poke Bowl and Salmon sushi. The Veg Poke Bowl wasn't bad, but the rest was delicious. And very healthy with lots of veggies. The quantity was great β two bento bowls were adequate for the three of us. Tip: Ask for extra soya sauce and ginger packets for the Teriyaki. It tastes even better. The restaurant is also well situated and clean. Worth visiting several times.β
βIβve been ordering from HUI for years. The reason because food is excellent so is the service. They go an extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. The portions are good size and ingredients are fresh and tasty. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough! I no longer live in Edinburgh but still make an effort to get my food from them to take home because they are worth it!β
βWent in for lunch, three took from main menu and 1 from lunch. Food was amazing, all freshly cooked! Service from our attentive waitress was first class! Drinks were reasonably priced! Best Soda & Lime! Guys enjoyed a game of pool and darts! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great dining experience!β
βDidn't expect much as a chain at the front of a big shopping complex but was pleasant surprised at how fresh and well prepared my salmon poke bowl was. It was well dressed and loved that the dressing was on the side and I could control how much to put in. The miso soup was no frills but it was also well seasoned and didn't cheap out/hold back the miso like some places do. I went a little before midday and food took actual seconds as they're all premade. Great option for a convenient, fast and healthy meal !β
βOrdered a too good to go order from here and the staff member at the kiosk was spot on and the food I received was fantastic.β
βLovely manager, if I cld give 7stars..lol.. good food..fair priceβ
βI absolutely love sushi daily. I wish they'd deliverβ
βFirst time for "YO!" delivery. Usually I bought it from Tesco store instead, but today is raining so I'd try the delivery and it surprised me, the food looks the same as the picture and it's really fresh. I really loved it!β
βKorean style chicken bites is one of the best things ever! Very often I go there just to get those although the price is way too highβ
