“Staying at the Premier Inn, I stopped here for a drink every night bar one, and had a meal here too. I like it. The bar closes very, very early, but they simply don't have enough customers to justify keeping the place open. Staff are very friendly, food was good, but take ID or you won't get alcohol, even if you are having a meal. My niece is 27 and my nephew 24, both were refused service.”

“This is my favourite local Chinese restaurant! Great food for a movie night, or if it's just too late to cook. The staff are lovely and polite people, the food is ready fairly quick, and the quality of the food is excellent. It's fresh, always has lots of sauce, and is always the perfect temperature. Yummy Kitchen never lets me down! :)”

“Fabulous apartment, great location, spotlessly clean. Thanks to Marc for his help. March 2025 update - another great stay at QSA. Marc went out of his way to get me into the apartment earlier than check in time which was much appreciated. Apartment 19/13 is amazing and my favorite to date. Has everything you will ever need. Wish I was staying longer….will definitely be back and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Edinburgh.”

“Great option for a stay with easy access to the airport and city center via a bus stop right across the street, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms! I’ve already recommended to a friend, especially if you’re traveling in a group. We stayed in their larger room with 4 beds and it was a great change of pace at the end of our trip through Scotland.”

“Great place. Great service set up; you order then sit down with the buzzer gadget, then go collect. OR, order from the table using the barcode, and it is all brought to you. Prices are the norm for todays prices and the food is very good indeed. Full breakfast with an extra hot cappuccino is excellent. Staff are also cheery. Always an added bonus. Nothing worse than wait staff with their faces tripping them. All round, great place for breakfast.”

“My go to Chinese takeaway. Always get it delivered. Always hot. Great curries. Crispy chilli beef is amazing. Love the curries too. Never had a issue, I buy here very regularly, usually at least once a month. Used them for over 10 years now.”

“Great service, good food, we were on our first day of our roadtrip through Scotland and we stayed on a camping park. It was a though day and we needed something to eat, the Sky Kitchen was able to take an order through Google. (Because we couldn't order by phone) And they were happy to deliver it to our campsite. Another thanks, loved the food alot!”

“I ordered a Ham & Tomato Omelette with Peas and Chips from Mr So. I also accompanied it with Mushrooms and Onions. The Omelette is absolutely massive. They must use a lot of Eggs. However I requested Mr So turn the Omelette in to a Hot & Spicy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Mr So met my request at no extra charge and did not hold back on the amount of Green Peppers and Red Peppers added to the dish. The dish left me with a smile on my face, and I thoroughly recommend a Hot & Spicy Omelette. In fact, Mr So should add this to their menu, and make it their signature dish.”

“I've tried a few Chinese takeaways and this one is definitely a 10/10 the chicken fried rice is perfect not the white rice other shops do this is the proper chicken fried rice if you know you know. The onion rings are very good too and cant wait to try different dishes”

“My 4 year old came in with my boyfriend and told them they were picking me up from work, he was given pizza dough, tomato sauce for the base and cheese so we could make a pizza together! I loved every minute of this and can only thank you for the experience and amazing tasting pizza!! Even if we do say so ourselves.”

“Ordered Korma, rice and Peshwari Naan. Told it would be 15-20 minutes. Ready in 15. Curry was very good; rice was perfect and Naan was wrapped in foil before going into bag so bag did not get greasy or in a mess. Naan also had nuts, raisins, dried banana and coconut rolled up inside it. Added this to the curry as a bonus. Naan was really good containing a layer of sweet coconut and ground almond sauce. Not many places do this. Overall very happy. Prices also decent. Staff were also polite. Cannot take a photo as we ate everything.”

“I don't understand some of the negative reviews, but my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. I can recommend the beef fried rice, the beef in black bean sauce. The salt and chilli chips were also excellent - they were v crispy (though it helps I picked it up fresh and was eating at home within 5 mins, they may get soggy if they stream in the box during a delivery)”
