“Very accommodating to vegans with their mock duck which can be put in any dish for £1 supplement. Tastiest Chinese takeaway in the area!”
“We received a leaflet through the door for this takeaway and I am SO GLAD we decided to give it a try!! The food was absolutely phenomenal! We got the salt and pepper chicken balls, salt and pepper chips, chicken katsu chow mein and the egg fried rice, our order came to £25.50 including delivery. The food was so fresh and tasty, the portions were so massive that my boyfriend and I barely made a dent. I think I’ve found my new local chinese!! I will definitely be back as the value for money was insane and the food was brilliant!”
“Daku have just recently reopened with a new small plates menu which I absolutely loved. Loads of options with Japanese ingredients. Great vegan options and the staff were so helpful talking through the menu. Really good cocktails, food and service. Love the decor too and new cocktail bar in the next room looks great too. Would highly recommend the fried tofu, rice balls and aubergine.”
“I had an extraordinary experience at Belter Bento in Glasgow. The freshness and quality of the ingredients in their dishes were truly outstanding. Each bite transported me to Japan with its authentic flavors and textures. It's a haven for those seeking top-notch bento boxes that showcase the true essence of Japanese cuisine.”
“Great food. Loved it all. Udon, curry, veggie dog, 2 boxes of sushi, great helpful staff as not all of us know what these new foods are. Xxx Loved it all. So fresh and perfectly cooked.”
“really good food. and some more unusual Chinese dishes. had the lunch menu on my birthday. saw people we knew and enjoyed the atmosphere with our grandkids. Worth a visit if you haven't been yet”
“Fresh food, flavour was amazing, fast and friendly service. We ordered, spicy Singapore noodle chicken, king prawn Singapore noodle, spicy beef Ramin, salmon and avocado roll, eel nigiri, and a dragon roll and all were exceptional. Yum!!!!”
“Been ordering from here for years, friendly staff and amazing food”
“Green beans were excellent, and the pork dish was good. We didn't expect it to be a bit sour, but nonetheless it was a great dinner! Two pax, with fried rice, two dishes and a soup for £31. Big portions, so we took away the two dishes! Thank you for authentic Chinese.”
“Never fails to amaze. Prompt and courteous service in a small, intimate setting. Always busy but you shouldn’t have to wait too long for a table. Tasty and spicy food with Sapporo on draft and very reasonably priced. I had the chicken Ramen (chilli broth). Yummy.”
““Been here a few times and it never disappoints. Staff always welcoming. Service is always quick. The atmosphere is nice and chill. Went for the chicken gyozas and chicken katsu curry — both really good and tasted fresh. Would definitely recommend this place.””
“My son took me too Sake Maki for the first time on Sunday 30th April for Lunch. The food was excellent and the customer service was the best we had received in a long time. Having worked in the hospitality industry for decades i was most pleasantly surprised at the service that we received from Jennifer the lovely young lady who looked after us. The food was very tasty and they portions were very good. We look forward to returning with our family. I cannot recommend this quaint little restaurant highly enough.”
“We dropped by here for drinks and dinner after work and managed to get a table quite easily on a Thursday evening. There's a decent selection of both drinks and food, which was tasty and well presented. The staff were friendly and the prices were about right. Overall a good experience and we'll probably visit again in the future.”
“10/10 Highly recommended Marble buffet has a wide variety of delicious food and food styles including dim sum, continental,Chinese, Japanese, teppanyaki etc it also has avariety of fruits, vegetables, ice cream and drinks. You get value for money.”
“We are Day 1 fans of Ramen Dayo, way back when they first opened in Queen Street. Their 16hr ramen bone broths are unbeatable. Very family friendly too! They have private dining rooms in the basement too! See our full video review on our experience under The Olive Tree Family on all social media platforms.”
“cocktails are amazing, presented really well and taste gorgeous. ordered a lot of food, mostly really flavourful & delicious. would recommend katsu sandwich, cod tacos, fried chicken & tiger prawns. felt some dishes like miso salmon were maybe overpriced for portion size but others like the cod tacos were really good value!!”
“Excellent food, quickly prepared, very clean shop. Great service.”
“Great food. Went with my daughter and my first time it was amazing I can't wait to go back with my dad ect. Service was great and very friendly. Great value. Looking forward to going back x”
“This place is a sensation. Sushi that Glasgow can be proud of. The vibe inside is instantly welcoming, the owners are generous and energetic with big smiles and genuine passion for their menu. Proud of what they do. The signature dish is the perfect blend of a yummy Katsu fillet with traditional trimmings and a mix of norimaki and nigiri sushi. They are busy and the fish tasted fresh fresh fresh. Avocado, salmon and prawn mix bursting with omega 3 and nutrition. Authentic and smart. This place exudes innovation and the kind of philosophy that can be trusted. For those ordering deliveries without seeing inside I can assure you that the kitchen is immaculate, the chefs gloved and the equipment is the best you can get. I can't praise this place enough. Inspired.”
“Sushi tastes great. Staff always helpful and friendly”

“Decided not to do traditional new year dinner, my daughter and I had special fried rice and also had a beef in black beans sauce both meals were beautiful, meat was perfect and the staff were very friendly, they gave us little wantons compliments of the house and festive chocolates which was a lovely touch . Definitely be ordering again soon:)”
“Easily the best Chinese restaurant in Clydebank. It doesn't look like much as it is just a stall in an indoor market with a section for seating but the food is alway really good and affordable. The restaurant is only open until 4pm so this is not a place you can get dinner and is more of a lunchtime snack type place. The portions are fair as to not spoil your apatite later in the day but well worth the money.”
“Absolutely love the food in oriental delight!! Truly delicious.”
“Nice selection of sushi made fresh and a nice variety of meals, sweet and drinks.”
“We love it here. Food: so authentic, great menu choices. This time we had wonton in soup and spicy and sour chicken soup. Drink: we had green tea and Hong Kong tea. Location: great (5 mins from our flat 2 mins from Kelvinhall Subway and Partick Train Station. Staff fab”
