“Was there for a weekend of martial arts. I was teaching Tai Chi and other instructors were teaching other arts. Great fun and lovely people. The place itself is fine. Accommodation clean and suitable for purpose. Better signposting would be nice to aid finding your assigned lodging.”

“We stayed for here for the long weekend, as soon as we arrived we was greeted with a warm welcome. We arrived 2 hours earlier than our checking in time and managed to get into our caravan straight away. The caravan was clean, spacious and heated which was a bonus. Lots to do on site great for younger children and some nice walks around site. The site is just a stone throw away from the beach. The only thing I would comment on is it wasn't very clear where to put our rubbish, I couldn't see any signs of where to dispose of it, maybe a sign or clear indication of where to put the rubbish would be good. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and have re booked for next year.”

“Beautiful park. We upgraded but the caravan was super clean, warm central heating, mattresses were comfy. Nice selection of drinks in the bar, a little shop and a bit of entertainment. Nice view of the sea from our van. Was good value. Staff were all very polite abd a good laugh.”

“The grade ll listed Victorian water pump outside st Mary's church close to Beverly bar is a very ornate cast iron pump. It's still has its ornate handle on the side. Installed in the 1860s, it was made in London by Samuel owens. Called the enriched gothic pump case it was expensive (£24) and installed on the most fashionable street in Beverley. It is the only one of its kind in the north of England. Nicely painted, it was restored in the 1960s.”

“It's arguably one of the most equipped playgrounds for kids in HU7. Children got a lot of options to pick from. Some outdoor gym stuff there too apparently donated by Adidas -though might need a little lubrication due to the exposure to moistures.”

“Better to take your kids here for the play equipment than it is to rhe Teenager infested People's Park. Also great for dogs.”

“A lovely aviary/animal enclosure. I loved the meerkats and the talking parrots. There were also a tortoise and porcupines that were inside at the time of visiting and one enclosure that said something new was coming soon.”

“Been to the dog field for the first time tonight. WOW what an experience my dog and my sisters dog both loved it and it was lovely to see them running around. Such a clean and tidy environment, also ever so secure made us feel safe as well as knowing no other dogs or people could come at the same time. It was an amazing set up from arriving and leaving, the idea is fantastic! Loved that the area was huge as well as the obstacle course for the dogs, also has a lovely picnic area which we will use next time! Already arranging to come back again!”

“Absolutely stunning site! Words really do not do the beauty of this place justice. We have had 6/7 visits now, our first been at Christmas the first year it opened. Andrew the owner is lovely, and on hand if you need any help or advice for your stay. He told us of his plans to add a lake more pitches etc but we didn’t expect it all in such a short space of time, he never stops grafting to improve it. We are so glad we found this place and so far haven’t gone anywhere else since as nothing compares. It is very well maintained, with accessible disabled wet rooms with seating. It has a community room you can book for a small fee, the local pub is 5 minutes walk and serves delicious food and drinks. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of walks that are accessible for my mobility scooter. The lake in daytime is stunning but the sunset over it on a night is something else. I can go all the way round with no trouble at all. The fees are very reasonable compared to some sites and the hard standing pitches are huge!! It has a large enclosed dog walk/exercise area too. I could keep going but will leave it there with a high recommendation that you book a trip!!”

“Absolutely love this place. One of my dogs can never be off the lead due to other dogs .so this place is a safe haven for us and a god send . Its safe and secure, so we can let the fur babies run around and be free and at the same time a stress free walk for us grown ups.”

“This was the first time we had used this field it was a great experience.The owners have thought of everything from the play park and the water pool for the dogs. The wooded area is nice and shaded for all and is a nice walk with all the little added touches.There is even a firstaid kit.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights in our 7m Motorhome on a grass pitch (no EHU). Really good value for a fabulous site - lots of space and everything you need plus superb location - a leisurely cycle into Beverley town centre.”

“Absolutely fantastic site. Site owners , Julie & Gary very welcoming and friendly. Food 10/10 and a lovely bar on site. Facilities perfect. Site clean & tidy with the added bonus of feeding the alpacas in the morning. Wonderful experience! Will definitely return ❤️”

“We have just enjoyed a takeaway meal for my Grandsons 16th birthday. We all chose different appetisers , main courses and a variety of Rice. We had the smaller portions which were perfect. We all swapped tasters and a great time was had by all. Every mouthful of every dish was absolutely superb and we certainly will use Atiyas for our next celebratory takeaway.”
