“My daughter attended this nursery from the age of 6 months until leaving for school. She absolutely loved her time at nursery. The staff are highly experienced, loving, knowledgeable, caring which supported my daughter to become the happy, confident little girl she is today. The provision is of the highest standard and the carefully planned activities, coupled with the nurturing staff helped my daughter and her friends in developing their curiosity and love for learning. Staff went out of their way to support my daughter’s interests and engaged on every level with her to ensure they met her needs, both physically and emotionally. As parents, leaving your child in the care of someone else can be a daunting experience. The staff at Seacroft, from the lady opening the door to the cook, cleaners, managers and staff across the setting made us feel welcome everyday and always took the time to talk to us and listen to my daughters news. The nursery have supported us in times of need, listened to any questions we had and acted quickly over any concerns we raised. “Great place for a 3yr old. Been a couple of times. Staff helpful and pleasant. Food is good. Waited 30mins for jacket spud. It's cheaper during term time ie £3.20 instead of £4.50. They did a meal deal for kids when I attended on a Friday morning which was £5.50! It was clean enough and you can see most of the play area. You are buzzed in through a secure door. Free wifi. They have a loyalty card for a free entry and a loyalty card for hot drinks.”

“I cannot recommend this nursery enough, it is like one big family and my daughter flourished under their care in the pre-school room. The staff are warm, enthusiastic and engage children in varied and fun activities and learning. The facilities are second to none and lovely outdoor space. The children are also taken on visits into the village, library and post office etc, it's all you could want from a community nursery. Parents receive plenty of communication from the nursery and everyday a story board with photos is made so you can see what your child participated in that day. My daughter settled in very quickly and made lots of friends. There is really nothing negative I can say about the nursery. Management and staff are doing a wonderful job, if only all nurseries were like this!”

“I had my 2 kids last year at the nursery and I was really impressed with the quality of the service. They have a very good and kind staff. My older son speech had improved significantly and he was struggling with speaking because of the tongue tie. And my younger son is making sentences of 3-5 words and he is only 2 years old. “My daughter attended Childrens Place from August 2019 up to August 2022 and has been through each room (baby, toddler and pre-school) including different key workers. She has always felt secure in each environment and with each of her key workers including all staff. Every staff member knows your child regardless of the room or stage they are at and that it is because they care about all the children which is actually really beautiful. I feel the staff don’t see it as a job but as a vocation and their passion and enthusiasm for the children and activities is really inspiring. My daughter has always felt loved within this setting and this is truly priceless and we as parents will remain eternally grateful for this experience. However the experience doesn’t end here - my daughter has now left for school and still likes to return to her “safe place” to see everyone and feels at home as though she never left and the nursery continue to invite us all to events and engage with leavers which is again very rare!! The children who have attended this nursery have been nurtured and encouraged to express themselves through play and made some great memories. It’s safe to say we would highly recommend this nursery. “Baby sensory Harrogate is absolutely the best baby class that my daughter has attended. (We tried a lot of baby classes) Natalie and Niki are amazing at what they do. Their enthusiasm and the love of what they do comes across in every class. The classes are so well thought out and they do not just repeat the same class each week. They put so much thought into the themes. You end up with lovely photos with the different themes and so many memories. I am gutted to have gone back to work and that our weekly sessions with baby sensory have ended. It’s been the best way to spend my maternity leave and now thanks to baby sensory I have a baby who is extremely sociable and outgoing and a lot of that is down to this class. It’s without a doubt the best baby class and I know my daughter will miss seeing niki and Natalie each week and will really miss this class as shes absolutely loved baby sensory. “Jenny has cared for my daughter since she was 11 months old. She has thrived in every way due to Jenny. My daughter can’t wait to go to jennys on a morning and asks during the weekend if she’s going to jennys today. What my daughter has learnt is down to Jenny. She’s almost 3 but my daughter has been able to count numbers, know her colours, sing numerous nursery rhymes, she’s potty trained and is just all round a very happy child which is, in the main, down to the time she spends with Jenny and “her friends”. Would highly recommend Jenny if you want your child to have fun, be in safe hands and be treated like family.”
