“Had three hours here with three two year olds who were well entertained - and we will return! Place was clean and warm but wasn’t busy. The central seating area/tables are practical for keeping an eye on the brats while you have a coffee; if you don’t fancy chasing them through the two main play areas on either side - which were both well designed and interesting, and which were well-contained to prevent escape! There was also a smaller enclosure for the real youngsters. Price was reasonable, and you can add in a kiddy meal deal - which did the job fine for us.”

“Absolutely amazing nursery, my son has been attending since he was 9 months old, nearly 2 now and he’s come on in leaps and bounds, he loves all the staff there and really enjoys going, sometimes he doesn’t want to leave. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, I can’t fault them on anything, my son enjoys it so much, it’s a great place! I highly recommend Cavendish Lodge if your little one needs a nursery or Pre-School”

“Greeted with a smile by friendly staff who were only too happy to take us to our reserved table. They asked if we had any special requirements, allergies etc. They were so attentive throughout, we were allowed to eat our meals in peace without being disturbed. The only downside to the evening was the fact my husband has sensory issues which we were catered for by way of a quiet area but some adults allowed their children to run around screaming which made us leave early. The staff and manager were in no way to blame for this as it is a family friendly establishment but it would have been nice if the parents of the children showed a little respect for others dining this evening. The meal was superb, my steak cooked to perfection, my husband said the mini trio of pies was amazing too compliments to the chef. Mrs Kay illingworth 6pm booking 17/02/24”

One thing I would like to see is more girls clothes without frills/sparkles/pink/sequins/unicorns. Also the 'indestructible' fleece lined trousers are fantastic but only go up to age 8.
