Staff are welcoming & very helpful they will always order clothes for you to pick up in store. I would really miss this shop if it were to close . “Greeted with a smile by friendly staff who were only too happy to take us to our reserved table. They asked if we had any special requirements, allergies etc. They were so attentive throughout, we were allowed to eat our meals in peace without being disturbed. The only downside to the evening was the fact my husband has sensory issues which we were catered for by way of a quiet area but some adults allowed their children to run around screaming which made us leave early. The staff and manager were in no way to blame for this as it is a family friendly establishment but it would have been nice if the parents of the children showed a little respect for others dining this evening. The meal was superb, my steak cooked to perfection, my husband said the mini trio of pies was amazing too compliments to the chef. Mrs Kay illingworth 6pm booking 17/02/24”

“Amelia was so incredibly helpful and patient with me as she assisted me to pick a pram and car seat for my first baby. She gave me clear instructions and demonstrations on how to use each pram I was interested in, she helped weigh up the pros and cons of each of my options and she was so polite and lovely. I visited the showroom twice and she made sure I was certain about my choice before I committed to the right one which I am now so happy with as it is perfect for me and my partner.
