“Fantastic customer service in York . Saw my dream boots online only to find that stock was not in store but could be ordered online. Unfortunately the online process didn't allow me to input an address in Australia and it was our last day in York before heading to Scotland for a couple of weeks . Unfortunately I didn't get the customer service lady's name but she was amazing. She located a store that we would be near on our return to England in the way to the airport and arranged for the boots to be collected there. Over and above service. Thank you. I will be reminded of your efforts every time I wear them.”

“Exceptional - could not recommend more. I’ve visited this store three times to purchase car seats for my children, and every experience has been exceptional. The first visit, several years ago, was to address head flop issues in my youngest child's car seat. The sales executive was incredibly helpful, carefully discussing which seats would best suit the slanted seats in my car. They even tried out a couple of options in my vehicle and provided plenty of valuable advice. I ended up purchasing the Peg Perego lay-flat car seat, which turned out to be absolutely fantastic! On my second visit, I was searching for an Extended Rear Facing (ERF) car seat for my eldest. The team was beyond helpful and so well-informed—a refreshing change from other stores where mentioning ERF seats can feel alienating! I chose the BeSafe Stretch, an amazing seat that has exceeded my expectations. My most recent visit was on Monday evening when I needed a high back booster for my eldest and wanted to explore pushchairs for my soon to arrive twins. Despite arriving just before closing time (sorry!), the sales executive was incredibly accommodating. She guided me through various pushchairs and car seats, answering all my questions and offering excellent advice. I ended up buying a Britax Römer Kidfix, which my daughter absolutely loves, and I love the safety features, along with a footrest. The entire team was so patient and helpful, even as my 4 year old and 3 year old explored every corner of the shop! Thank you for the outstanding service over the years—this is the only place I truly trust! We will be back for more seats/pushchairs soon!”

“Visited the York store on 7th Feb as I had seen a dress online that I thought would be ideal for a wedding in June. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Shiona was great and the other staff were amazing bringing me bags, shoes, hat, jacket to try on with the dress. I ended up with a full outfit which I am extremely happy with. Thank you”

“Would never use a different suit shop. The customer service here is outstanding. Visited here twice in the last 6 months and both times being so impressed with the help we received in store, totally takes the hassle out of a potentially very stressful situation of finding the right suit LOL!! Further to this my sons suit went missing ( got delivered to the wrong house, nowhere to be seen!!) Liam the store manager is a total diamond, again totally took the stress out of the situation and went above and beyond to help me. I haven't experienced such excellent customer service for a very long time. Suits Direct Liam and the team at this store are a real credit to you.”

“Exceptional work completed by JJmotto, always getting complements on the work she’s completed for me and such attention to detail. I’ve had 5 different tattoos from here and all look brilliant. I sent over designs and they were ready when I got there with various size options available. There’s not many tattoo studios like this, so clean, bright, modern abstract artwork everywhere which combined gives a really friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Plus great taste in music!
