They have been calling me in for regular checks and kept me up to date with everything. I truly cannot reccomend any other company better! They are all absolutely lovely! They understanding and go in depth in explaining the surgery and what to expect! The surgeon (Mr Khan) and the nurse (Pipa) are professional they know exactly what to do and told me each step before the operation. They made me feel at ease and kept reassuring me about the whole process. I have been for many consultations but I didn't feel I could trust other doing the op with the lack of information other companies were giving. I would definitely reccomend for everyone to go to Harley Medical in Leeds and at least get a consultation to get a feel for your self! It is a very clean and up to great standards! You will not be disappointed!!”

“I studied the GDL here last year and I am currently completing the LPC. The quality of the teaching is overall very good at ULaw, and the tutors are all incredibly helpful and supportive. The building itself is impressive and stands out on Park Row. The campus isn't huge, but has a fairly sizeable library as well as an open space on the top floor which also has computers. The top floor is a great space if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere for studying and socialising. The location of the campus is ideal, being right in the centre of Leeds it is just a 5 minute walk from the train station, and close to many of the city's big law firms. Would certainly recommend to anyone also considering completing their GDL or LPC here.”

“We considered GSAL for our child after feeling let down by our local schools so went to the open day and was very impressed by the pupils and the staff. Our child loved it and that was it. We have been so impressed by their approach to education - not just academically but socially and culturally. Academically, children are challenged and extended to learn more deeply and think differently and teachers support and encourage this. Socially, there is a broad mix of backgrounds and as diverse as you could imagine. Culturally, pupils stand out for a number of reasons; they are polite, they are helpful and they want to learn. Having been in some state schools, that makes the school pretty special, if not unique. Respect for teachers, and each other is part of the fabric, which again these days, can be rare. And unlike some independent schools, entry is based on academic ability, not income. This means standards are kept high, which extends to their bursary scheme which is aimed at giving bright children from ordinary backgrounds the chance to be part of the school. I was at the Parent's evening recently and was struck by the level of insight I received from the teachers; it wasn't casual but constructive, thoughtful and encouraging. It reinforced the pastoral support the school gives, which considerate, caring and freely given when your child needs it, and it's those values which make a difference.”

“I went to this school at my first year of high school and finished it roughly a year ago, so my post might not be up to date. What can I say the school was great. Teachers were always willing to help, even if they didn't teach you. The change of headmaster that happened a few years ago, was without a doubt one of the best things to happen to the school. Many problematic students soon changed their attitude only a few months after he arrived and he held a zero tolerance policy on bullying and the sorts The school tackled bullying constantly, they would place assembly's on which they would tell us who we can speak to, how to report online bullying and so on. Like many many highschools there was a problem we could not avoid... Problematic students... These students would backtalk to teachers, make fun of other students, and constantly misguide any supply (spare ) teacher. The school itself tries to help these students and does place fair rules and consequences, which many worked. Whilst I was at this school I found it hard to fit in and socialise as I liked completely different things that what others liked ( e.g: I would be excited about the JFK files, whilst everyone else was excited about the newest rap song or something, others would listen to songs by Beyonce whilst i listened to songs from ray Charles etc), the teachers would happily listen to you and would happily set up times so that you can socialise with them, if you didn't have anyone to socialise with. Teachers would always help struggling students and would set up sessions to help us through lessons, and would even hire a tutor for us. If you had a problem, a teacher would always help you, if you didn't understand something then they would help you.. Problematic teachers: this is a topic I would not like to touch but feel that I should... Within the five years I was at this school I only ever had two problematic teachers,one was sexist, and highly valued favouritism, isolating those they did not like, and the other, I can not actually remember, you must forgive me, this was a while ago. The school however would deal with these teachers immediately and either suspend or fire them. Parents who are thinking on this school, take it from a former student who got pretty good grades, this school is amazing, and if your child is being punished the there is a justified reason for it. What if my child is handicapped/has learning difficulties, do not worry the school is more than capable of helping your child and would constantly make improvements (install evacuation chairs etc) Revision? Revision is regarded as one of the most important things for year 10s and 11s, and school would constantly set up after school revision sessions for us students. I don't think I can say much else rather than it was a great school and as I have said before, parents who are thinking of sending their child to this school, take it from a former student and don't think twice, the school will not hesitate to help any of your children and will teach them the correct things. 11/10 An amazing place that has easily brought some of my best memories into existence.”

I was scared of the procedure, but Helen and the whole team made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I wasn't in pain, I felt good during and afer the procedure. They were saying kind words, gave me a blanket, constantly were asking me whether I was ok, monitoring my pulse and blood pressure. Helen and the whole team are very professional, caring, kind, and careful. I couldn't have asked for a better treatment.”
