“I was recommended bespoke jewellers from a friend. Gary was accommodating helpful and made the whole process of finding the engagement ring for my partner exciting. He mentioned the idea of proposing with the diamond which I found great. My partner was then able to chose the ring she would wear forever which was special for her. Gary was always responsive to emails and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. It also meant a lot for us getting our ring from a local jewellers just around the corner from where we live and would recommend to anyone looking jewellery for any occasion. After my initial visit and tour of the workshop I came away confident that my ring was going to be amazing and it was. Max created the design after my consultation with mark, and it was everything and more that I knew it was going to be. I was able to choose between diamonds that they thought would be what I was looking for and it was secured cheaper than they expected, so they passed the savings on to me which was a considerable amount. “I had just lost my mum, was feeling very emotional and Alison was absolutely wonderful. Took the time to really listen to what I wanted with my mums wedding band. The band (quite wide) has now been cut into 3 thinner bands, one for myself and one for each of my children. Dean joined mine with a white gold band (2 tone) and engraved the new ring with the same pattern as the original, amazing detail. Was very emotional when I saw them and never take mine off. I explained to Dean what I wanted with my mums engagement ring. Showed him a picture and listened to his advice. He remodeled my mums gold solitaire ring into a 2 tone yellow and white setting with extra little diamonds on each side. Absolutely stunning and way exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dolton’s! A small little old fashioned Jewellers offering excellent service at reasonable prices with absolutely amazing workmanship and creativity by Dean and delivered by a caring friendly team.
