“Lovely clean, newly renovated hotel. We stayed in a family room which had 4 large single beds, perfect for a family, we all had plenty of room and space. Staff were lovely, professional and happy. Breakfast had everything we needed and filled 4 tummy's for a day exploring York. Location was spot on with everything in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again”

“It's not luxury by any means and you always get what you pay for. Yes the carpets could do with a shampooing and yes the shower head only hangs loose and yes the floor boards are very creaky but it's the cheapest accommodation around and it's only a short walk to town. All the essentials are to hand and the shared kitchen is only a bonus. An ideal spot to crash for the night after a day on the beer. Getting the key code was a hassle , that system does immediate improvement.”

“Absolutely amazing experience At pride yesterday I was served really quickly. The staff were all amazing and very helpful. A big shout out to Junior or Julia I think there name was that was working on the outside Bar went to them every time If I wasn’t able to get a drink from any of the other bars because of how busy it was and not only did they serve me my drinks quickly but they also made me laugh whilst standing at the bar and they was really entertaining to watch you’ll definitely be seeing me there again next year back to hull it is for me till next year”

“Arrived slightly early and the man behind the desk was really kind and let us place our bags behind the bar until check in. The rooms and hotel as a whole were really clean. The room was tidy when we got in and when we needed extra toilet paper and towels the cleaning staff were really helpful and prompt. It’s also significantly quieter than I excepted with it being so close to the train station (I live near a train line) and above the bar below.”

“I stayed at Dimond Villa and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, though it would have been better if basic toiletries like a toothbrush had been provided. The location is a bit far from the city center, but that also makes it peaceful and quiet—perfect if you want to relax away from the crowds. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially with my late check-in, which I really appreciated.”

“Visited my son who has lived there for a few months and he has made the apartment cosy and is happy with all aspects of living there, especially as it is within 10 to 15 minutes walk of where he works. It is a modern apartment and comfortable for him and feels secure.”

“Brilliant place to stay, don't he put off by the location ( Industrial estate) Rooms are a little dated & would benefit from a spruce up, but other than I would highly recommend.”

“We were a little skeptical booking here but we were definitely pleasantly surprised! We found our room was big and clean, with nice smelling towels, and a decent enough en-suite. The breakfast for an extra £3 was well worth it and it was made fresh as we came down. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help! It was everything you could want in a B&B. If we ever find ourselves back in Leeds we'd definitely stay here again!”
