“I Had My Friend Moving From London to Leeds and on a Really Short Notice, I Had to Find Something Quick For Him Which Was Not Very Expensive to Rent and Also Not Very Far From The City Centre. I Saw an Advert of a Flat Situated in Echo Central on Linely & Simpson's Website. I Applied for It and The Next Day I Had The Call from The Agency and All in All It Took Me Around 6 Days to Be Here. About 10 Minutes Walk from The City Center and Easily Linked to The Main Road. Would Definitely Recommend This Place to Rent”

“Had and absolute blast. I have done a few experiences over the years and this sits at the top. The communication with Alan was great, nothing was to much trouble. Fab start when the volunteers who do a sterling job welcome you into the 1940s Hut, it really sets the mood. Then after a while you get flight ready and a brief with the pilot and “Chocks Away”. I even had some control time which wasn’t expected but great fun. All over far to quickly. Thanks you to Alan and his Team.”

“Trip to Leeds to take part in the Otley Run (of pubs!). The Ascot Grange is perfectly located at the start of the run and everything was spot on. Easy parking, clean and tidy room, Olla (hope thats spelt correctly) on the front desk was a very nice chap and had a great stay. Many thanks! Mike”

“Best Ibis we stayed at! Great location, close to Leeds, Xscape and outlet village. Room very spacious with big bathroom, big TV, comfy beds, tea, coffee, kettle and water available in the room. Highly recommended!”

“The broken bridge is a nice cosy wetherspoons pub with an outside seating area. There is an extensive range of beers lager and cider including six hand pulled cask conditioned real ales some i have not seen before, the ramsgate gadds she sells seashells was particularly good. The ones we sampled were in excellent condition. The staff are very friendly and efficient the service was quick despite the pub being very busy. I will definitely come back next time i am in the area.”

“Clean, comfortable, peaceful and cheap. Lots of parking and convenient for the university and the local buses to get into the city centre, which run often and have a reasonable price. We arrived late and left early, not having any food and so cannot comment on that.”

“The hotel is excellent value for money. The location is perfect because it is within walking distance to most places you’d visit in York, but at the same time, far enough to have silence at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly too.”

“A wonderful house on three floors in the beautiful city of York. Great location, beautiful house and the hostess from York is the best host in the world. When you arrive, a wonderful basket with all kinds of goodies awaits you. A house set up for a friend's trip. A short walk down to the historic center, the scale is humane and warm and the houses beautiful and fun little shops and bustling people.”

“Had a lovely 3 night stay here with my daughter. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are genuinely friendly and take time to engage with their guests - we really felt welcomed. The buffet breakfast selection was good and items regularly replenished. The location is very central - it's an easy walk from the station, and public transport is good. Also lots of cafes, bars and eating places nearby. We took local buses to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and to Sandal Castle, and hopped on Wakefield's free bus to get to and from the Hepworth Gallery. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Charming place to stay in Wakefield. My friend and I came to stay from Edinburgh to go and see the Yorkshire sculpture park and we had a lovely stay. We got a big, comfortable room with a double and a single bad for a very good price, and for just 5 pounds more we both got free WiFi and breakfast! It was really worth it because the breakfast was nice and very abundant. It had everything from cereal, to full English breakfast. The women working there was also lovely, very kind and helpful. The location is also good, rather close to the station.”
