“One of my favorite local cafe in Leeds, it’s located just opposite side our office and they offer 20% to all local authority staff which is another reason to have my coffee from them. Great cozy quiet atmosphere especially if you are working or studying. Nice friendly staff and always welcoming you with a smile. Just to bear in mind that sometimes they get busy and may delay with the order.”

“Lovely little Italian restaurant just off the main track. Very reasonably priced and serves authentic Italian food. We had a pizza bread starter, 2x white wine and 2x red wine. Mains were Lasagne and pesto pasta which doesn’t sound amazing but trust me it was super tasty. Chip were crunchy and cooked to perfection. Staff were excellent, even one of the owners came over and introduced himself which was lovely. Total bill was £85 and tipped to £100 as no service charge automatically added in which was refreshing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5*”

“Piassa is wonderful! I've been twice now and can't praise the place highly enough! We originally booked for 12 people but had 5 drop out due to illness so the place can accommodate reasonably large groups. There's a good selection of draught beers, bottles Ethiopian & Eritrean beers and spirits. I've had food from both the vegan and meaty menus and both were incredible. Simple, delicious dishes that are filling and warming. Decent portions of very tasty food and a really friendly, happy, lively atmosphere. The staff are really lovely too and Parking is either on the street (free of charge) or there's a nearby bit of disused land to park on (unsure if there's a fee). Piassa is cash only but there's a cash machine with free withdrawals in the petrol station over the road. There is a cash machine right outside the restaurant but it charges £1.99 for withdrawals and it swallowed the cards of 2 friends so it's probably best to avoid that one. Eating at Piassa is an overall pleasurable experience which if highly recommended! A real hidden gem! ♥️”

“The food here is to an amazing standard you can tell that its quality and it’s always well presented, I would recommend the breakfast which is a favorite of mine or the chicken rice and dumplings are always a winner! You can ask for sides also e.g Mac and cheese or coleslaw!! The breakfast comes clean with no weird black burnt bits stuck to my bacon or eggs and the oil is always clean! Defo my favorite place by far!”

“This has been my favourite restaurant in Leeds for the last 5 years and continues to do so. The food is always such an amazing highlight with such an ambience of authenticity. The drinks are so exciting! Not to mention their specials menu which give you a choice of a wide range of drinks for the same price as their regular menu. “Fabulous little Cuban restaurant. It was busy so book a table if you are going at peak time. Decor was in character. Lovely selection of tapas dishes. We chose 2 mains, a veg, potato and rice and it was plenty for 2. Alhambra beer on draught is good. Waitresses were there when we needed them. We would definitely go again.”

From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome ,the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. We ordered gorgonzola-and-nuts gnocchi and mushroom ravioli and they were both absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was great, as was the service.
