“First try at this place and was really impressed. The menu was tasty and healthy. I had the poached eggs on sourdough which was tasty and a fun mix of textures. Gf enjoyed the sweet potato hash. The matcha latte was great, not too sweetened. Decaf flat white was top notch. Friendly staff, good COVID measures (screens, wait at door to be seated), but I don't recall giving them my details for track and trace. Decor is well done if standard for a hipster place. Nice wooden floor, industrial ceiling - as you'd expect. High quality though. Would definitely go again.”

“Lovely atmosphere despite salon being so busy. Shannon took great care of me and my hair - explained everything she was doing and really took into account my hair goals and the current condition of my hair. Would recommend this salon and Shannon in particular to anyone needing some hair TLC in Leeds :)”

“We go bowling here regularly and it's great. It's so convenient to be able to book it online and is about the price I would expect. Takes just a moment to speak to the employees at the counter to check in and get your assigned lane. You fill in your own names, choose handedness, and decide whether or not you want bumpers at the machine in your lane. You can order from the food/drinks menu online as well and they bring you your order without any fuss. I didn't personally feel that the VIP addition was better than the regular bowling and the only difference seemed to be that the divider between you and another group was less transparent. In VIP it felt vaguely cramped, too, so unless you really want your privacy, I wouldn't bother. Everything was clean and convenient. My only real criticism is that upon first walking in it was visually overwhelming (as it opens into an arcade) and not immediately clear where to go.”

“Lovely hotel, last visited 6 years ago and still as good as it was the last time. Great vibe and ambiance, my room - a Club - was very large, extremely clean, and comfortable. Nice little touches like four Nespresso pods, fancy tea, nice biscuits and a couple of Ferraro Rochers. Beds incredibly comfortable, couldn’t hear any noise at all, and black out curtains kept out the light! It was my birthday stay and was pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for two free cocktails in the hotel bar. The bartender was fab, environment was great - 10/10 all round for the stay and would def come back. Price/performance ratio excellent.”

“Honestly never expected the room to be this good and spotless. Room is neat, cozy, good colour combo, spacious with all the necessities. It felt like brand new room. Location is also good. I give a solid 10/10. And yes breakfast is well worth the money too.”

“We use the Leeds East hotel regularly but our visit this weekend was a really great experience. Young man on reception was very welcoming and professional. A special mention to the lady who put some treats in my daughters room as she heard it was my granddaughters 2nd birthday. What a lovely touch. And finally the lady in the breakfast room who was so lovely with my young granddaughters giving them a chocolate biscuit and a balloon each. This service was really welcomed so thankyou all and apologies I didn’t get names of the people who really made a difference.”

“Good premier inn. Staff are great. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast good. Shame parking is now chargeable, even for disabled customers. Bathroom a bit sweaty sock smelling. The TV reception needs looking at as the BBC channels were not available when I arrived. Used auto tuning option and found them, but the were breaking up and pixilated.”

“Stayed hear for a night whilst visiting to watch a concert. Arena is right on the doorstep. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment but managed a sneak peek through the door and looks great. Will definitely stay here again”

“I visited this store on Fri 9th October 2026 to buy a birthday present for a very special person - my future Son in Law. 9th October 2025 was a very special day - it was Mental Health Day. As I stood in the queue at the checkout desk I spent time reading a notice stuck to the customer facing side of the til. That notice explained that if you are struggling to mention it to a staff member because their shop is a "safe place," and someone will help you! A massive thanks to the Leeds United Shop staff and Manager for making sure those who are struggling, for whatever reason, are given a space and a listening ear offering support. However you could maybe make your notice a little bit bigger. If I hadn't been waiting I wouldn't have been stood staring at the counter and seen it. Remember "it's good to talk"!”

“These guys are awesome, so friendly and generous when I go with my family, food taste amazing I can't get enough of the sweets chilli chicken and kimchi rice. Go every time I'm in Leeds and the sushi is great especially when they make it fresh”

“I had a fantastic experience at Almost Famous in Leeds. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the visually appealing, urban-style decor that created an inviting atmosphere. What immediately stood out was the food. The burgers are a celebration of flavour, with juicy patties and perfectly balanced toppings that create a harmony of taste. Each bite was an absolute joy. The fries were another delightful surprise. Crisp, golden, and seasoned just right, they were the perfect accompaniment to the burgers. The cocktails deserve a special mention. Creative, beautifully presented, and packing a punch, they added a touch of sophistication to our dining experience. The taste was sublime, indicating a real talent behind the bar. However, I must say, the service could have been a tad faster. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the waiting time for the food was a bit more than anticipated. I'd recommend having a bit of patience when you visit, but I assure you, the food is worth the wait. Later in the evening, the music volume increased, which made conversation a little challenging. But if you're a fan of lively atmospheres, this might actually add to your experience. In conclusion, Almost Famous delivers a deliciously memorable culinary experience, albeit with a slightly slow service and loud music. But, if you're up for excellent burgers, tasty fries, and outstanding cocktails, you should certainly give it a try!”

“Had several meals now over last couple of years, always consistently good. Is more Bangladeshi style, although other classics on the menu. Onion bhaji is excellent. Called in this evening, guys are so warm and welcoming. Really lovely, very hospitable and generous. Thanks :) 2 yrs ago - First takeaway since new management, great meal. Lamb melted in mouth, absolutely excellent. Bhuna sauce very tasty. Amazing bhaji and great chaat. Chapattis good too. Definitely the best in local area.”

“I had such a lovely experience at the Indian Tiffin Room in Leeds. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the place itself has such a vibrant, colourful vibe that really reminds you of India. The food was amazing — full of authentic flavours and perfectly cooked. Some dishes were a bit on the spicy side, but that just made it feel even more genuine. The portions were generous too, which was a nice bonus! Overall, it’s a fantastic spot if you’re craving real Indian street food in a lively, cheerful setting. “As I'm from Newcastle I travelled to Leeds for business and was buzzing to find an O'Neills there. Soon as a walked in the guys where amazing and great open space with big screens for sports and could tell was a real buzz around the place , then we looked at the menu and the wing platter was the one we chose absolutely incredible and 3kg platter of wings was a proper topper so yes job well done”

I told the dentist I’d had a really bad experience six years ago, and he kept reassuring me the whole way through — within minutes my anxiety was gone. “What can I say about Mumbai kitchen... Well its a hidden Gem!!!! I have been told by friends and family to try this place as they have told me how wonderful the food and the service was... Was the right... From the moment you step into the place you feel the magic... The front house staff are really nice and friendly... Oh yeh not forgetting the lovely simple decor. I tried the fish pokora starter and a couple of chef special main course... With garlic and plain nan... I tried the fried rice and some side dishes..... I must say the food was amazing. I have tried many Indian places up and down the country and I will have to say this is one of the best. The price is very reasonable so I will most definitely come back again and recommend friends and family... Thank you Mumbai team”

“Photos do not do justice to how good this Katu Curry at Yuzu tasted. Crispy chicken (with meat free alternatives availble) topped with a thick Katu sauce, pickled onions, spring onions and spices, layered on a bed of sticky rice. Cannot complain at any element of the dish, we will be returning!”
