“I couldn't recommend frank. Pet Surgeons. highly enough. I took my springer spaniel, who'd developed a limp, in for a CT scan and found the experience very professional, approachable and friendly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The reception team made us very welcome, offering a drink while we waited to see the Veterinary Surgeon. I had a comprehensive consultation to understand Monty's history and explain dogs leg anatomy before the scan, very useful, and one after to analyse the CT images on screen and discuss how to modify future walks and exercise. Maria's extremely knowledgeable and experienced and her enthusiasm and passion about her work are palpable. Thanks for the care and love you showed Monty and for the whole team's support while we were there.”

“One of the most upsetting things you can do is put your beloved pet to sleep. From the minute we walked in the door, we received nothing but a professional and empathetic service from all staff involved. We wanted our pet to be cremated and to receive her ashes back, which we got back today which took around 2 weeks. We asked for a scatter tube which we got, but we also got some amazing keepsakes. We got cards with our pets paw print in them as well as forget me not seeds to scatter in our garden. “We recently visited Vets4Pets with our cat Trixie, who has asthma. Over the last week, she had been struggling with a wheezy chest and wasn't eating much. We saw the vet Ryan, who was very gentle with our cat. The appointment didn't feel rushed, and Ryan suggested some steroids and antibiotics. Almost overnight, we saw a transformation in Trixie as she turned back into her happy self. Two weeks later, we went for a follow-up appointment, and again we saw Ryan. He checked her out, and all looked fine. He gave us further advice, and we were very happy and felt confident that our cat received the best possible care. Thank You”

“These kennels provide a loving , caring and personal service I wouldn’t leave my 2 old terriers anywhere else . 2 weeks was the longest I left them and the dogs returned, happy clean and well cared for . They really put my mind at rest and my anxiety of leaving the dogs to go on holiday has greatly reduced to the point I am looking at another 2 week break which is something I have not been able to do for years! “My review is not about looking after my bearded collie Bubba. That is always fantastic, I sometimes feel he'd rather stay there than come hope to us ! No, my review is about the helpfulness and sensitivity of the staff. I recently returned from Croatia and was quite literally in bagggage reclaim when I got a call to say my father had died that morning. He had lived alone in Chester and I had to go there. Of course we were supposed to pick Bubba up and I knew the kennels were very busy. Nonetheless when I explained the circumstances they could not have been more helpful and sympathetic - Bubba could stay longer. That was enormously helpful and very much appreciated. They were equally accommodating (and equally busy) when they fitted him in when I had to go the funeral. Thank you North Rigton you are marvelous !”

“What an incredible service! Christmas day and I was brought down by a nasty chest infection. Out of hours GP issued antibiotics and instructed me to go to Asda pharmacy to collect, although they were not open when I arrived. I searched Google for an open pharmacy to no avail when my dad came across these guys. I rang My Pharmacy online and he informed me that they were covering a couple of local care homes today but weren't open in general. He asked me if I was struggling to find another pharmacy and when I confirmed I was, he offered to deliver the medication needed direct to my door so long as I sent a copy of the issued prescription before doing so. This young man drove from his home in Leeds to do this, he went above and beyond today to help me out and I am ever so grateful. They take their job very seriously and genuinely appear to care about their customers. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.”

I have also used there remote video vet consultation when one was required on the weekend for us. It was really straight forward, video was commenced by purely clicking a link by text message on my phone which is really wonderful as it means I didnt have to wrestle installing any apps.
