“Great place for a good night out. They had bingo tonight. The staff and committee are lovely people. We dont live near there but travel to visit. Unfortunately, the club is suffering as are most businesses from lack of custom. They have followed social distancing guidelines so if you are a member, please support your local club or lose it. Due to covid they are not accepting new members.”

“Only went to buy a cheap dog bed. Ended up buying one double the price, but a 100 times the quality! Great advice from the the sales person my dog Belle really love's her new bed. This level of care for customer i.e. my pet, made me trust the store enough to wash Belle my GSD. The lady whom washed Belle advised me on what to do and the results speak for themselves Belle after bath, brush and de-shed, in her new bed!”

“Every member of staff were a delight (apart from the woman in the paying booth.... They were kind and considerate and very child friendly! The rides were great as our two are ten and haven't really been on anything like that much. Excitement overload. The indoor slides and lazy river were a godsend as it was bitterly cold. There were some animals in the barn, and we enjoyed feeding them (50p for feed from a self-issue machine). Especially as the llama and goat were trying to eat the feed out of the machine! And the Shetland pony kicking the door to get more food. There were rabbits and meerkats too. The kids enjoyed picking a pumpkin too which was free with the ticket. Who knew choosing a pumpkin would bring so much delight. Thanks Twinlakes it was a blast!”

“Lovely green park and play area's. My three yr old grandson had a great time. The tractor driver, who was mowing the grassy area's very kindly waved to my grandson, and made his day! Well worth a visit by everyone.”

“Really nice evening here had a family meal. Was fairly busy but the staff were lovely even brought some colouring sheets and crayons for my little ones. Only issue was waiting for drinks as they had to change the barrel.”

“Had a birthday party there for my 7 year old and it was amazing all the staff were second to none and couldn't do enough for us. Jamie in the kitchen was great with the kids but gotta give a massive shout out to musa who was our party host and wooow his dedication to making jaxons day go without a problem was outstanding. Would defo recommend anyone to have a party there x”

“Oakland recently refitted our bathroom, cloakroom and utility. Great job love the final result. The staff are very considerate and the best workmen we have ever had. Clean up everyday to a high standard and even swept driveway after skip removed. Thank you for making the project a pleasure”

“The receptionists of the Regus Leicester building are welcoming. Daisy and Sarjan are both kind, friendly individuals who are ever eager to assist. The customer service provided at the reception is outstanding, and it is always kept clean. Also Working at this building is a great experience because most of the staff members are lovely :)”

“We had a most enjoyable time with our granddaughters. The animals are great entertainment for the children especially when they are being fed. The facilities are very good and clean. The staff are courteous and friendly and are always tidying up inside and out. The cafe was very good the food is freshly prepared and tasty. There is a good choice for adults and especially for children. The prices are reasonable £20 for a good lunch for 2 adults and 2 children all drinks included.”

“I have two children studying at LIA (class 6 and foundation 1 ) ; I am very happy with their growth within the school ,the teachers are very friendly and willing to help and whenever we had special requests or problems , they were very transparent and searched for solutions; I must mention that we came from Bangladesh last year;my elder son studied under a totally different style and curriculum and he was supposed to be class 3 abroad; he was behind the class at the beginning of year 5 and gradually became one of the best; his teacher ,Mrs Abraham, is truly one of the best teachers my son has ever had and she helped my son understand concepts that he has missed during this change in learning systems; even if the ofsted report wasn't favourable, my children are doing well,I do hope the school will be able to fulfill ofsted criteria soon”

“This was our first time here and myself and my daughter loved it. The attractions are well thought out with different elements to give different feelings whether it’s the lighting or the size of the room, the actors clearly Love what they do as well. I wouldn’t say they were scary in the sense that you felt unsafe , but the way they are set to create an atmosphere is done very well. They are also a lot longer than we expected , which is a positive. I would say the fast track passes are well worth it , although the normal queues did move fairly quickly as well. The events are well run , organised and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the night , highly recommend !”

Also had the butterfly chicken, which looked super colourful and tasted great too but the peri peri flavour was on the spicier side so caution if you’re sensitive to spicy food, I’d suggest choosing a different favour. Overall, really satisfied with the food and service and will definitely visit again.”
