“It's for sure, a hidden gem of Leicestershire - located just south of Anstey, it has some magnificent views, especially when you get to the fields, the views are excellent, and there's barely anyone here, although you can subtlety hear the sound of traffic on the Leicester western by pass - it's not to loud and should foe the most part be quiet and relaxing.”

“I love this place a maze full of trees, always take our wellies to walk through the stream. Great for kids and adults alike. Thrre are two car park entrances to Swithland Woods this one to the south and another to the north. I come here in all weathers and seasons. In the summertime you can even have a picnic at the picnic tables located near the north car park. They have now started to charge for car parking but still a great alternative to Bradgate park.”

“I went to this dentist last minute after having severe pain in my bottom teeth. The dentist, Harmeet, was incredibly patient and caring, spending over two hours performing two root canals to fix a mistake left by another practice that had caused an infection. Thanks to his skill and attention to detail, he managed to save my teeth! I really appreciated the care and effort he put into making sure everything was properly treated. I finally left pain free and so grateful for the excellent service. I would highly recommend visiting Harmeet and if I ever have any further dental problems, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to him again.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Nadia, one of the Sales Assistants at Fosse Park Pandora. I wanted a charm for my bracelet that represents Scotland. She got what I was looking for straight away and came back with a beautiful dangling charm of a Highland cow which I love. Next she was so patient with us by managing to open a One for All online voucher that I was having trouble opening. My partner then bought me a beautiful safety chain which Nadia advised us on. This lady is a credit to your staff at Pandora. Service with a smile! :)”

“We love jubilee park, nice medium sized park, average dog walk 30mins, flat terrain. Small kids play equipment. Nice littler stream throughout. Kids love taking a little fishing net to catch crayfish. See some people with their kayaks down there. Only issues is this is the local dog park which we love but could be an issue for some people if your not a dog person. Shame it floods in winter as you can’t walk the park when it’s badly flooded.”

“A small hotel in a quiet country location. Great customer service from Chris who made me feel welcomed and at ease when I arrived. Room was perfect for my needs and it was lovely that one of the cleaners called Pauline offered me room service in the morning as I wasn't expecting it. A very nice place to stay if you're in need of some peace and quiet.”

“Very nice experience on a Friday night. Food was absolutely fantastic, really really impressed with the quality of everything we ordered. Service from Shane our server was also wonderful, very kind and always on hand to help with a really nice positive attitude. Atmosphere was a little loud as it was busy, but could still easily talk so wasn't a major problem for us and definitely still 5 stars overall. Will definitely be returning!”

“Fantastic Experience at Odeon Leicester! Odeon Leicester is a great place to watch the latest movies. The theatre is clean, well-maintained, and the seating is very comfortable—especially the recliners in the Luxe screens. The picture and sound quality are top-notch, making every film feel immersive. Staff are polite and helpful, and the whole experience from ticket booking to the end of the movie is smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best cinemas in Leicester!”

“Brilliant restaurant with plenty of different food and drinks, the shop has fair prices and a great selection for kids to pick somthing out. The park is bigger then what we thought has plenty of animals to feed, pet and see and also very well spread out. We also were pleasantly suprised at a woodland walk which ended with a kids zip line trampoline and climbing frame. The park also has a playarea with alot to do there with slides stuff to climb, swings, ect. The workers were all friendly and helpful. The toilets were very clean and for a farm high standard, the parking was decent and the activities there were brilliant we went during Halloween which had plenty of setup photo opportunities, games like bowling and hoops, crafts and colouring, a woodland trail and much more. Was fairly priced and will definitely go again our 2 year old loved it, would highly recommend whether your children are toddlers or 10 plus, great day out.”
