“Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Store is well stocked. These old school DIY shops are few and far between now, and although you may pay slightly less at a trade counter such Screwfix or Toolstation, the advice and good service you get here is worth far more.”

“This is a great little hardware store, everything from diy to homewares, theyve had bikes, to outdoor furniture. If you don't see it on the shelf do ask as they often carry things in stock. Stock can vary with the seasons as you would expect, garden furniture etc in the summer months for example. Prices a reasonable and all the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I don't think I've ever had to go elsewhere when getting bits for DIY jobs. Highly recommend.”

“As usual Screwfix gets top marks, always very helpful. When I got home screwfix had sent their news letters out and there was something new that I required. When I checked my local store unfortunately the items were not in stock as yet. This time I ordered my goods around 8pm and they were availability for pick up after midday the next day. I picked them up at 10am the next morning. Excellent service as normal.”

“The shop is packed with an excellent range of hardware, decorating materials, tools and gardening and household items. The staff are helpful and friendly and will go to a lot of trouble for you. Any products you can't find they will order or recommend another store. A staff member even carried my paint back to my car for me.”

I was really keen to get the items so drove straight to the store after I checked the closing time. I arrived three minutes before their closing time. They had the order ready & I was able to collect it. Having experienced multiple incidents s so other trailers where staff lock doors 10 minutes before closing or refuse entry I was impressed. I was able to do the job I needed to do that evening so well done to the staff here.”
